Coastal Vibes Villa is situated on a 100 foot private waterfront bay overlooking the iconic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound (the ocean which is also a protected National Park). It’s conveniently located between two beaches ideal for young children. Take a 2 minute walk to the stunning Sapodilla Bay Beach or a 2 minute drive down the street to the secluded Taylor Bay Beach. Guests have plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to explore only steps away from the villa. Enjoy the Island favorite restaurant, Las Brisas, take a pontoon ride on Chalk Sound, hike to the centuries-old pirate carvings, take on an ocean adventure with jet skis or sail away with one of the tour operators departing from Sapodilla Bay Beach.

The villa offers guests a clean bright open concept design with plenty of natural light and stunning views from virtually every room. The mix of Scandinavian and coastal décor compliments the indoor and outdoor living area experience.

The villa is non-smoking and can sleep 6. It’s completely private and includes two dwellings directly beside each other. One dwelling consists of two bedrooms divided by a common hallway/foyer for added privacy. The other dwelling is an open concept area for living and dining, and also includes a queen size cabinet bed.

The bedroom dwelling is separated from the main living area for added privacy. The master bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio, a King size bed, make up station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with large shower, toilet room, and vanity.

The second bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio. two single beds that can also be pushed together to make a King size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub/shower, toilet and vanity.

The living dwelling includes large kitchen, dining, and living areas that overlook the water. The living area includes a queen size cabinet bed with a 6” foam mattress, several ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a ½ bath.

Coastal Vibes Villa also features a private BBQ grilling area, large gazebo, beach pergola, outdoor dining and lounging, WiFi, a private pool with bench seating, water toys, beach chairs, lush landscaping surrounding the property and more.

Fantastic property

Beautiful outdoor space

We loved our stay! The outdoor space includes something for everyone, with plenty of options for shade and sun. It was very windy the week we were there, so we didn’t get a lot of kayaking in, but our boys enjoyed the bags game. The dual living / bedroom took a little getting used to, especially when locking up for the night or to leave the property. The rental was super clean and had everything we needed along with extras for the beach (coolers, chairs, toys). The location is removed from the busy touristy area, so restaurants are more limited. We enjoyed Las Brisas next door and Que Bola Little Havana just down the street. We loved the beach across the street which was a short walk in the evening for sunset. And Taylor Bay is not to be missed. All in all, a great location with beautiful Chalk Sound back drop.

Serene paradise

While the pictures are gorgeous, they don’t do it justice on how beautiful everything is. While there are homes next door, everything is so private and quiet. The amenities are top notch and being SO close to Sapodilla and Taylor Beach is a huge plus! They have beach towels, toys, chairs, floats, goggles, etc which came in handy and made us feel right at home. Having the kayaks and paddleboard right there was also a plus. The outdoor living space is wonderful as well. We use VRBO for all of our travel and this place is definitely a top for us. Everything about the process was easy as well. I’m a review reader and base my decisions off of them, so please know you can’t go wrong with this place. In fact, you won’t want to leave!!

Amazing property

The property is everything you expect after seeing the photos. Truly an outstanding place. Excellent communication with the owners and property manager. We have been to the Caribbean more than 30 times now with three of of them in Turks - one was in a suite at the Wymera which is five stars. This place was equally enjoyable at a fraction of the price. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience.

Immaculate, fully-stocked home with a gorgeous view!

We just returned from a 1-week stay at David and Chantal's home and had a wonderful time. Both buildings were beautifully appointed with everything you might possibly need (especially if you'd like to cook while you're there).The outdoor area is expansive - the kids loved the pool and the pergola allows us some much needed shade during the warmest parts of the day. We also took advantage of the kayaks and spotted several iguanas on a nearby island (thanks to a great tip from Chantal).Both the owners and the property manager were communicative and helpful when we solicited advice on shopping and excursions. When we wanted to visit Noah's Ark, the property manager put us directly in touch with a water taxi driver, who was very responsive and catered to our schedule.The location is very convenient - only a 12-minute drive from the airport, 15-20 minutes from Grace Bay and 25-30 minutes from the East end of the island. Sapodilla Bay Beach is a 2-minute walk and is a great place to catch the sunset. We also loved Taylor Bay Beach, which is a 2-3 minute drive and is gorgeous.I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting TCI and hope to be back one day soon!

Perfect house for family of 5!

We just got home from a week at Coastal Villa Vibes on Chalk Sound! The house was the perfect layout for our family of 5! We used the cabinet bed in the living pod and it was very comfortable (per our 25 y/o son). The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook (if you choose to), has several small coolers which came in handy for beach days, kayaks were an awesome addition and we used them daily. We loved staying on Chalk Sound and the quietness of it. It is a longer drive to Grace Bay Area but we did it a few nights for dinner. Las Brisas next door is a gem! We went there 2 nights for dinner and 2 for breakfast! So convenient. Super short and easy walk to Sapodilla Bay (best sunset) and 5 min drive to Taylor Bay- our fave beach! Again, if looking for a house on Chalk Sound for 4-5 people this is the perfect one!

Awesome home!

The property was perfect for our family of 6. Very well laid out and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The home being on Chalk Sound National Park gave us the opportunity to kayak to various small island to explore. We would definitely recommend this place.

Paradise!!

This property was a dream! David and Chantal have thought of everything! The property was clean with tons of amenities. We enjoyed having the bedrooms separate from the living pod. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be very functional. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. The pictures accurately showcase this wonderful space. And the location was wonderful! After exploring the island throughout our stay, we found Taylor Bay and Sapodilla to be our favorite. Both these bays are by this property.

Great Villa, hosts, perfect for our family of 4

Very comfortable, well appointed villa, with friendly and responsive hosts. Our girls really enjoyed the kayaks, and the nearby beaches, and we loved the privacy and comfort of both the living area and outdoor seating areas. Las Brisas restaurant was right next door and was perfect for take out on nights you want to stay in, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well. A great place to stay to get away from it all.

Private oasis

Our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa was wonderful. It is ideally located across from Sapodilla bay and a short walk to Taylor bay, both of which are beautiful. The separate sleeping and kitchen/living pods worked well for staying up after our toddler's bedtime and we enjoyed the private pool with a lovely view of Chalk Sound. I would highly recommend Costal Vibes Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The outdoor seating, pool and kayaks were a huge plus. We all enjoyed kayaking on Chalk Sound; the outdoor shower and pool were perfect after a day at the beach. We used the fully stocked kitchen and grill most nights for dinner and the dining room table was a perfect way to end the night with a game of cards. The villa was about a 15-20 minute drive from most of the beaches we enjoyed. Having Sopadilla Bay within walking distance was nice. It was a calm, shallow beach and would be perfect for younger children, however, our teens preferred the other beaches on the island. The owners of the property responded quickly when we contacted them with a problem with the pool and the property manager was there within 2 hours to fix the problem.

Great stay, loved the pool!

We loved our stay at the villa. Everything about the listing was accurate, we had all we needed in the kitchen and were able to cook meals all week. We enjoyed the 3 restaurants right down the block- Las Brisas, Chalkies and Que Bola. We walked to Sapodilla beach with our floaties in hand and drove down to Taylor Bay beach. The bedroom pod was perfect for us and 2 teens, they were glad to have the twin beds to themselves. We relaxed every night in the pool and did a quick kayak trip on Chalk sound (it was a bit windy so we did not go too far). It was a bit too humid out for us to enjoy all the outdoor areas on the property but there were many options. Outside we mostly just stayed in the the pool with the view! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond if we needed anything. We enjoyed the area and were able to explore the Chalk sound area as well as Grace Bay in a short drive. If we ever go back we would not hesitate to stay in the villa again.

Fantastic family getaway

What an amazing property! Wonderful location on the sound. Lots of outdoor space. Quiet and peaceful. Great for families with little kids. Kayaks and paddle board provided, pool was perfect, extra beach toys and games. Chantal and Dave were responsive. Property manager was there to meet us at check in. Could not ask for a better experience and property on Provo! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Week in paradise

Coastal Vibes was all that expected and needed for our first trip to TCI. The location is great as Taylor Bay ended up being our favorite beach and was walking distance from the house. The view of the Chalk Sound was great way to end each day while taking a dip ini the pool. We grilled out many nights and loved the grill set up.

Amazing vacation!

I can’t begin to say enough good things about this property and the owners. The description was spot on, and the amenities were outstanding. The property owners were in touch with me from the time that I made the reservation until I left the property after our vacation. Their instructions and welcome packet were impeccable, and provided us with everything that we could possibly need. Location is breathtaking, and the space was so comfortable. We actually struggled to leave each day to explore the island. The beds were comfortable, and they were plenty of towels, both for showers and for beach. My only small criticisms were that there wasn’t a working can opener, and the pans were no longer nonstick. The grill, however, was fantastic! Like I said, this is very minor stuff and easily workable. I’ve already told our friends about this property and have it earmarked for a future visit!

Our stay was wonderful. Hosts very accommodating and house was clean and had everything we needed. The island itself is hard to beat and all the people so nice. Only suggestion would be to invest in mosquito devices. Was very difficult to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space in the mornings and afternoon/evenings without getting eaten alive, that was disappointing. I ended up buying candles and torches which helped a bit but was not a solution and limited our use of tge outdoor space.

The property is beautiful, we spent as much time as possible enjoying the view and the pool while others enjoyed kayaking and exercising on the private beach area. We also enjoyed the short walk to Sapodilla Bay Beach. The sunset there was amazing. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Secret Gem on Chalk Sound

My family and I just returned from 13 amazing nights at Coastal Vibes Villa and I almost don’t want to write this review as we truly want to keep this gem a secret. First, I must say the owners are super responsive and were very supportive of a last minute booking with less than 48hrs notification. The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is easy to tell that the owners have invested a lot of time and effort tastefully decorating the villa, thinking about the small details and you have, almost, everything you need for your stay. The villa has lots of custom wood pieces, comfortable mattresses, cold A/C, solid wifi connectivity and a fantastic view. Everything is well maintained, nicely painted, sheets are comfy albeit a bit warm, and most important of all , the villa is immaculately clean. Initially I was a bit skeptical about having two separate pods, a “living”’pod and a “bedroom” pod but I must say that after two weeks we are believers and actually loved the two pod layout. We have stayed in 3 different villas in Provo : Turtle Tail, Leeward and now Coastal Vibes and this one is by far the best. The only regret we have is that we didn’t stay longer. We hope to be back soon. P.S. pay no attention to reviews that talk about noise from the nearby port. There are faint beeps, some “whispers” from nearby properties. A non-issue. Chalk Sound is beautiful and windy. You will enjoy tremendously.

Lovely Getaway

The house was well set up for our family of four - the two BRs are in a separate building from the living space, but there's plenty of room. While Chalk Sound is pretty to look at, it was windy while we were there so it made kayaking a little more difficult. Taylor Bay down the road was easy to access and a gem, and Grace Bay is an easy drive. I'd recommend renting a car if you stay here, since not much is walkable. We'd rent again!

Perfect stay in Chalk Sound!

Coastal Vibes Villa was the perfect home base for our week in T&C. The location is quiet and serene, with a beautiful morning and evening view over the sound. The villa was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need for cooking, enjoying the pool and sound, and days on the beach. The welcome guide provided by the hosts was helpful throughout our week, and despite having been to T*C previously, we found a few new favorite spots based on their recommendations. We'll be back for sure!
