During a dangerous heat wave, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, and the room was like a furnace. Entry door was ill fitting and had to be pushed open, the room was stark, and the beds were uncomfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast as we didn’t feel confident about eating there. We rely on the ratings others have given on Expedia when we choose a place to stay and are confused how this one has been rated so high.

A nice clean hotel. Great deal for the price. The only complaint would be the breakfast. Not much of a selection. Would totally recommend this place as a no frill good stop off point.

This is a "no" motel. No pool, no reward points (booked through Orbitz and pre-paid) and no first aid kit at the front desk. My wife needed a band-aid after scratching her ankle- none were available from the front desk. The breakfast was meager. Juice machine was out of order. Won't stay here again-

they had me booked for 2 rooms because i had asked for a room on the first floor. It was a language problem. After a discussion it was resolved. Limited TV channels.. The breakfast drinks machine was out of order. Only one muffin and 2 yogurts were avaliable at 7am when the times listed were 6-9am. Couldnt use microwave and toaster at same time. Will not go back.

Facility was good, but a bit time worn. Bars to hang towels on by the shower would be a welcome addition. Breakfast could have more choices, juice machine was out of order, some cereals appeared nearly empty. Besides bagels and cereal, there wasn't much choice. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hate a hotel that won’t let you do a late check out, an extra hour makes a huge difference. Also stayed in a non smoking room but both beds had sheets with cigarette holes in them and made it uncomfortable.

Clean, beds were pretty comfortable, decent basic breakfast (cereal, yogurt, apples, oatmeal packets, bagels and cream cheese, egg is-like already made waffles). The water fountain and juice machine were down but not a big deal. Air conditioner fan doesn’t stay on at night so just used my white noise app. Convenient off the interstate. Didn’t use the smallish pool but it looked clean and had a chair for disabled guests, would use if had time. Both desk staff were smiling, welcoming, and professional.
