The room and bathroom were very clean, the linen was spotless. The bed and pillows were fantasticly comfortable. The staff were very professional and accommodating. There was no iron, so I had to get around in wrinkled clothes. Accessibility was via stairs from the car park which should have been mentioned. It's why I won't stay again as I have chronic neuropathy and stairs are painful for me.

We were very happy to stay at The Bowral Hotel on our recent weekend away. We made a last minute decision to go away and was nervous our booking might be overbooked/ cancelled due to demand for the long weekend. I rang to confirm before we started driving and George was so lovely on the phone. He couldn't see our booking at the time but took the time to call us back 15 minutes later to confirm that the booking had arrived. We had had a terrible experience with a Best Western in Wollongong where we were told our already paid for booking was cancelled with no apology and an attitude that was not helpful. We recieved the exact opposite treatment from George and it was so appreciated. The room itself was freshly renovated and very sophisticated. The location is perfect- close to all the restuarants and shopping in Bowral. Parking was very convenient. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Well appointed room, very clean, in a good position. Had to walk up outside fire stairs with luggage and there was some noise til 11pm from the hotel band below.

Bigger mud would be great. I stay here regularly and coffee machine always unable to use. Bed heat, close to everything in Bowral and nice and quiet. A good location at reasonable cost.

Perfect location close to town to walk. Easy parking and hotel close for food. Also Close to the Press club cafe. Refurbished and comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Charming little place best for those driving

Stayed here for the Tulip Time festival. Convenient location and comfy bed but do note they do not offer luggage storage before or after check-in. Also, cars are parked in front of the hotel rooms so while it is usually quiet, you might hear noise from your neighbour’s car. It’s all gravel so if you don’t drive you might want to carry your luggage in

Cozy and warm in winter

This was a one night stay in Bowral and honestly Bowral hotel was so comfortable and functional with a great bed and renovated bathroom which felt lux. Quiet room and didn’t get much noise from main road made for a good nights sleep. Definitely coming back with easy access to Bowral pub with great meals!
