The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. We even had our own private gas grill. There is a seafood market right down the street. We went and got grouper twice during our stay. The view of the Gulf was perfect. We could see the sunsets from the bedroom and the living room. I will definitely be booking a future stay here!

Only problem was we were under the impression second bedroom bed was a queen bed not a full. Very difficult for two adults to sleep on. Everything else was great.

Best vacation ever!

The property was beautiful! Everything was extremely clean. There were beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon for the beach, and beach toys for the kids. This was a wonderful experience and will definitely book again. Our family loved it!

Convenient and close to everything. However, upstairs bedrooms were too hot, television in larger bedroom was a joke, and delivering furnished during our stay instead of waiting until cleaning crew was there was in poor taste.

Spring break

Gorgeous condo with great bedroom storage! Half bath on first floor a bonus. Porches were great to see the sunset. Lots of construction on AMI and we experienced it here as well.

Fairly large unit with easy beach access

The condo had spacious bedrooms, with lots of closet and dresser space, and the bed was comfortable. All the kitchen essentials were provided and we used the grill which was fully functional. The walls are solid and blocked out most of the traffic noise. The renters around us were super friendly. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

Beware!

We rented Sunset Landing Unit 5, December 1-5. The property is conveniently located across from the beach and near restaurants. The property is recently renovated and clean. Unfortunately, the rental company failed to notify us the that was active construction taking place on the 2 properties next to us. The construction vehicles would pull in at 645am and not complete their day til 530pm. The noise was unbearable. We both had work calls on one the mornings and had to leave the property to take them due to the noise. I contacted the rental company 3x with no resolution. I would not recommend renting this unit for the next few months if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was very nice when we arrived. Not as cleaned as we liked. The master bathroom shower had hair left in the drain. They called me to check on us and offered to come clean it again(which was nice) but my husband had already handled it. Check in was super easy. Hurricane Nicolle paid a visit while we were there and our condo leaked everywhere!! I called the company that day to inform them and I had to leave a message. They never called us back!!! This bothered us a lot! Which after inspecting the leaks we determined this has happened more than likely many times before and they probably already know about it. Super nice place but I am not sure I would rent it again. This was our first time going to this part of Florida and we loved the area! Plan on coming back in the summer.

Great location directly across from the beach. Easy to get everywhere from the home. Parking is covered and well lit. Communication was top notch. I would add some extra linens for guest comfort (especially towels) and a full length mirror to the rental.

Beautiful Beaches

The property was beautifully decorated and withing walking distance to the beach which is directly across the street and we were very happy that inside the condo the traffic was not heard, we could walk to my favorite restaurant Beach House, we had to drive to get groceries but many shops were within walking distance and definitely check out Gelatos to go for yummy gelato.

Prefect location and great house

The house was beautiful and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. The Building looks a little rough, but if you judge this book by it’s cover you will be missing out. I would defiantly rent here again.

Great location! Very clean!

This condo has the perfect location! Walking distance to Bridge Street shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to the Coquina beach open air market and directly across the street from the beach. Short drive up to North Anna Maria. Condo had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a wagon! You can tell from the pictures that the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated but I'll be honest we didn't even notice once we were there! Decorated super cute, very clean and comfortable! We will stay here again!

Great stay.

Great location, just across from the beach. The views are great from the balconies. They provide beach chairs and umbrella. The condo itself needs a good cleaning and some updating. We had to have the carpets cleaned due to pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. The overall cleanliness is not the best. When I reached out to property management, Angela was fast, friendly and the communication was good. I appreciated that. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Structural issues throughout but especially on main floor balcony. It could be considered unsafe. Generally interior needs major improvements. New grill, beach accessories, and beds were all very lovely. Overall location made this Vrbo adequate for our needs.

Almost on the beach!

The closeness to the beach was great. The townhouse was clean except for the carpets upstairs and sofa. Understandable since our beloved pets friends are allowed. Dealing with a property mgmt group is not quite as easy as an owner, because they don’t know the property as well. There was no tv in the twin room and the pretty picture in dining are is not there. Other than these minor details, we had a great stay. If you bring your dog, however, there is only the thin sidewalk to walk on. There is a great trail which runs along the beach, but dogs are not allowed on it. Manatee County is not very pup friendly.
