The big water view and private pier make this the perfect get-away for anyone who loves to fish, kayak, paddle board, boat, or watch dolphins. This property is one block from the exciting shops and restaurants of Bridge Street and the Bradenton Beach Pier, yet nestled away from the noise and traffic on a quiet no-traffic street. New landscaping compliments your incredible water access. A home office with high-speed wireless, 55" LCD panel and extra seating let's you get in some work while you play. And an enclosed laundry room with new washer/dryer (2024) helps you clean up in comfort.

This is not a shared property; you have exclusive use of the entire property and pier.

The upper unit has all new furniture, bedding, linens, flat-screen televisions, refrigerator, microwave and a 1 Gbit/s high-speed internet connection for those looking to telework in a warm and welcoming climate. We (the owners) can confirm great connectivity with national services like Amazon Workspaces, Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based environments. Or better yet - tell your boss the internet was broken and you couldn't work on vacation. We won't tell!

You will have a two-minute walk to the historic Bridge Street pier and entertainment district. Enjoy nightly live music, drinks, shopping and people watching or fish off the public pier any time without a license.

Our private pier is great for fishing. We have pulled keeper grouper, snapper, mullet, trout, snook and redfish in our pajamas. If you cast net, you can score bait for offshore trip or even pull some mullet for dinner - our ten-year-old can score 4-5 large mullet in one throw of a net. Send us pictures of you doing even better!

Our pier will accommodate large boats up to 40 foot, in water that is more than 4-5 foot at low tide, with a 4-corner tie-up. This can save you hundreds - or even a thousand - per week in marina fees. Our street is adjacent to a public marina, which means - unlike every other stretch of Bay water in Bradenton Beach - you will have access to a deep channel and the ICW without risk of getting grounded. There are only 7 such properties in Bradenton Beach, and you will have exclusive use of one. Our parking can accommodate trailers up to 40'.
