This was a great location in a quiet neighborhood that was about a 10 minute, easy drive to Bradenton beach. The house was clean and had a lot of nice amenities, games, and a relaxing outdoor area. Plus it had everything you could need for a day at the beach. This was especially nice since we flew in, so didn’t pack any real beach necessities. Also of note, there are plenty of grocery stores and places to grab food/ essentials just minutes away. When I had a question, Magdalena was quick to respond. I will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Lovely House with Good Location

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and pet friendly, this is it. We stayed a month with visits from our children and grandkids. Great back yard to relax, visit and cook out. Nice sun room, clean and well stocked home. Beach equipment much appreciated. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great hosts and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous home

The home was in a beautiful location, everything is clean when we entered and living room was perfect for spending time with the family watching movies and playing card games. The back yard was perfect for a day outside and the hot tub was very nice to get in on colder nights during our stay. If we are ever in the area again I would come back here if I can. Thank you for everything.

Cozy home with lots of outdoor space and activities and an easy drive to the beach.

We had a great 4 night stay in this sweet house. There was plenty of room for my 6 person family to spread out, including a wonderful closed in porch which housed an activity table my boys played for hours (mini pool table/fooseball/ping pong/etc). The backyard is a great extension of living area as well with the hot tub, hammock, and cabana. The home’s location was an easy 12-20 min drive to several beaches on Anna Maria Island. And there were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys to bring along. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, but does have several houses with some hard core political signs/flags. The host was lovely and provided great recommendations for activities, beaches, and restaurants that were all spot on. She was also super quick and helpful with all communication. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Very cute, clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard to hangout in, and very close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Good, timely communication from property owner. Would stay here again

House was great!

Can’t say enough about this place it was so clean with evening you need, all the beach tents, boogie boards, skim boards and lots of other goodies. So nice not to have to bring everything to play at the beach. We will be back to stay here for sure. We had a question upon checking in and they were so accommodating and got back to just quickly. We loved it!

Perfect Stay... felt like home

As advertised, the home was perfect for our family vacation to the beach. Not too far from local beaches and local shopping, the home was like a home away from home. The neighborhood doesn't do it justice. Many political flags are waving in front of nearby homes, but once you close the door, you are transferred into peace and solitude. The host was gracious and timely with information. The home had all ammenities, plus more. The home is updated and decorated well. I will look for this home again when I travel back to the area.

Great getaway

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and the home was extremely well stocked. We were in for a long weekend for an IMG football tournament. The house was fantastic to relax, and there were plenty of games to keep us busy in our free time. There was everything from bikes to foosball to a pool table to the hot tub. The host also gave us A wonderful variety of restaurants and activities in the area. The location was fabulous. So many restaurants and things to do within minutes.

Fabulous house!

Celebrating our teens!

We booked this home based on the backyard and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting under the lights outside and enjoying lots of laughs. Our girls enjoyed their rooms and were able to sleep comfortably ! We loved the master bedroom. Everything is so beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. The only thing we purchased to use was zip lock bags. All of the appliances work great! The lay out of this home is fun and open enough that everyone can be part of the hang out! The neighborhood is so cute! It’s quiet and from what we experienced, very well kept up. Our kids LOVED all of the fun things offered to them in the garage. They played for ours outside in the cul-da-sac! The home is so well located that we never drove more than 5 min to get anything. We ventured over to Anna Marie island but ended up loving long boat key the most! We hung out in coquina area some and loved it. This was only about 20 min from the house. The only thing we were missing during this trip was a pool BUT that back yard accommodates so much outdoor hang out options that you don’t miss it too much! We absolutely loved our stay. The host was very easy to get ahold of and speak to. She returned my emails very fast. We never had one issue with anything of the house. I would highly recommend this home again and I’m sure we will book again! We have definitely found a new vacation spot that is easily a favorite!

Bad vacartion stay

Our rental home had major electical issues. We lost scheduled vacation plans because of having to be on site with electricians who didn't fix the issues. Had only one night of good use of back yard amenities out of 4 that were paid for. A hot tub was advertised, but didn't work at all. 1. Outlets were out in three bedrooms 2. No overhead lighting in 2 bedrooms 3. Lanai light would not turn off, creating a glare in living room while watching movies. 4.Could not use backyard amenities (hottub, chairs,swing hammock and such due to no power. Part of our choice in this home was the great use of the backyard and nothing was available as the host had advertised. We lost our vacation time and experience because of her making repairs while we were there and then never actually fixing it. When explaining problems to the host she seemed to be dismissive about the negative effects it had on my vacation experience. IHer response was, "other than no power how's the rest of your time?" Overall we had major issues every single day of our stay and are very disappointed with this rental.

Exceeds Expectations

Exceptionally clean and very spacious. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and all of the surrounding homes are immaculate. We spent a lot of time in the back yard enjoying the BBQ grill, hot tub and the "campfire" as my 3 year old son called it. The host was very courteous and we enjoyed our welcome basket which even had a gourmet dog treat in it! Max really enjoyed it. The home is a great value compared to what it costs to stay on AMI. We are sure to be back!
