Dieses Ferienhaus hat 5 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir ein Schlafsofa sowie einen privaten eingezäunten Hof. Beautiful home! Fantastic location! The home is decorated nicely, the pool was warm and inviting, the amenities were much appreciated. The upstairs room with bunk beds gets a little warm, but otherwise the house was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Girls Trip to Bradenton

Really great property. Perfect for our "girls trip". Beautiful area with plenty of restaurants and shops you can walk or bicycle to. The house was very clean. The kitchen was really well stocked - even had some unusual kitchen tools. Lots of games and reading material. Great screened pool area and the water temp was perfect even with the hot days. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Girls/Family Weekend

Everyone in our group loved the house and location! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, colors, decor of the house, plus the various spaces that we had to hangout: the inside living area, the modern/stocked kitchen & comfortable dining space, the pool & patio, front porch hammock (my daughter’s favorite), and my personal favorite was the front porch with four sturdy white rockers! We all seemed to spend time in each area at some point of our stay. The beach cruisers were used on the Riverwalk at least once each day (reports of seeing “mama and baby” dolphins!), others appreciated their walks on the Riverwalk and to the awesome restaurants. Favorites were Pier 22, Oak & Stone rooftop and Sage Biscuit - all close by. Our matriarch/ Mom / Nana lives in Bradenton and it was a short drive for her to visit us daily at the house. My niece was a late arrival due to work obligations and she wanted to stay longer!! Thanks for a wonderful stay - definitely on our list to return! GQ

Grand Riverhouse Retreat

We stayed @ the Riverhouse Retreat for my sons’s wedding. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location! The home is within walking distance to the river, shops and restaurants. The beautiful home was perfect for photos of my son and his groomsmen as they got ready for the wedding as well as for our brunch the morning after. Lovely Bradenton Home

Riverside Retreat is a lovely historic home that is well-appointed with everything you could need. While having the charm of a historic home, it is decorated to be warm & welcoming with comfortable furniture and beds. After a late arrival, it was wonderful to have coffee and tea available when we awoke! Little details not always offered, but so appreciated when you do find one like this! Riverwalk in Bradenton was an enjoyable way to start the day & the front porch was a great spot for morning coffee. We would definitely return to this home.

Simply amazing

Was looking for a place close to Grandma's and this was only a block away. Location was great for proximity to shops, restaurants, etc. Lots of room for the kiddos to spread out and even had some movies and toys for entertainment. Saw several reviews complaining about rules but the rules are nothing more than reminders about respecting the property and how to do so. They are by no means overbearing or out of line. The expectations for staying here were far exceeded by my whole family, and I hope to return in the future. Wonderful decor, wonderful pool, wonderful amenities, just simply amazing.

Some constructive criticisms: 1. Fans in bathrooms do not work 2. Light out over washer/dryer 3. Toilet on 2nd floor not a comfort height for an adult 4. Toilet on second floor does not flush properly 5. Palmetto bugs in upstairs bathroom 6. Kitchen cabinet door warped and does not shut properly 7. Blue paint marks on kitchen wall from chair 8. Filtered water dispenser handle is not anchored, needs repair 9. Update 3 ring binder for changes (i.e. snacks provided and recycle procedures). 10. No instruction for TV use. Last person there did not close out their Amazon and Netflix accounts. 11. No greeting on site from owner.

Quick Family Get Together

The house is stunning on the outside and does not disappoint on the inside! It is also stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The owners go above expectations by having cabinets of toys along with multiple pack n plays with sheets. We didn’t need the pack n plays but having a young child, that caught my attention as a nice thing to have when it’s needed. The location was great for strolls down the River walk or to restaurants. There is a park and museum nearby that was also a short walk. Our only issue with our stay was that it wasn’t long enough. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Wedding celebration

We rented the home for our son's wedding at Pier 22. The home was beautiful and spacious! We had plenty of room to spread out as we prepared for several wedding events. The back porch/pool area was perfect for friends and family who stopped by to share pizza, and the front porch was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Our only regret is that we were not able to spend more time to enjoy the beautiful area. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur babies along too. We truly felt at home!

Wonderful Home, As Busy or Relaxed as You Make It

We had a fantastic week with our adult and teen kids! It was awesome to have many things within walking distance (Corwin's Ice Cream along Riverwalk and Kefi got repeat visits from us). Day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island were easy drives. The house is lovely and well-appointed. We made great memories here!

Family Vacation

Absolutely beautiful property. This historic home is so well appointed and in great location near the River and Downtown. We took the grandkids to the natural history museum and had a great time. We loved the pool and the bikes. Michele and Ed are wonderful hosts. We will visit and stay here again!

Great house in great location

This house is adorable. Kitchen had everything we needed including a blender. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. The set up of the bedrooms and bathrooms is a little odd (a couple of “Jack and Jill” bathrooms, rooms had weird angles), but the house is very old so that is to be expected. The house is only a block off the Manatee River. The riverwalk is great for walking or biking (4 bikes are available for your use). There are lots of restaurants close to the house. I definitely Recommend this house.

Fabulous Rental Experience

This house was even more beautiful in person than the gorgeous photos portray. Everything was new and clean. It worked out perfectly for our extended family and everyone enjoyed our stay! The hosts were wonderful being friendly, quick to respond, accommodating , and helpful. I highly recommend renting the house and would definitely stay again!!
