The hotel needs a refresh/remodeling. The water park is showing its age, the rubber flooring is starting to peel, there is rust on the metal stairs, the air handler tubes are covered in dust, the pool has sand deposits and some algae growing in the wading pool, water pipes in the hotel have burst, and there are some serious cobwebs in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, but they are often short staffed. The cleaning crew was wonderful, a shout out to Samantha.

Pool is great fun for kids. Lack of lifeguards staff in pool area. Gwen at front desk was great. Text communication regarding hotel issues from Brandon manager was welcomed. Rooms are great with fridge, microwave and coffee. Beds comfortable. Very clean.

The breakfast pretty sub par even for free...and only had water for the kids to drink, i get it was free but my kids are not picky and we still had to go get breakfast somewhere....phone didnt work to call front desk for some toilet paper that they only started us with a half a used roll....then acted annoyed when i walked down to the front desk to get more.....most of the other ataff was nice tho.
