· To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house, on internal stairs and in yard areas

· No smoking in the villa. Please use the courtyard to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.

· Pets are not allowed

· No parties or events are allowed

· Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).

· An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.

· For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.

· If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.

· Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.

· Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
