- A fourth bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) featuring a magnificent terrace with sea view is located above the living room kitchen

The villa boasts a heated pool with counter-current swimming, as well as a terrace enjoying a wonderful sea view.

- Beach only 10 minutes away by car.
- In the village of Erbalunga: mini-market, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
- Sporting activities: canoeing from the village, hiking, diving.
