The renovations are good but staff wasn’t very pleasant we left the next day cause we got told we were being loud just from watching a movie and talking in the evening. Very disappointing and the staff who came to give us complaint threatened to call authorities and kick us out even though we were not doing anything wrong. Walls are so thin and entrances cause you can hear everything in the hall, the next rooms and outside. I will not be returning to this hotel it’s not the first time I have had a disappointing experience here! I do not recommend this place for stays.

The room was standard and for the most part, clean. Check in was quite pleasant because the employee who was working at that time was polite and friendly. There was a problem with the room, which in fairness to the hotel, I failed to mention upon arrival. There were ants (a fair amount) throughout the room. When i mentionned this upon checkout, the employee simply said "Yeah we were wondering when that would come up again, i'll let maintenance know right away". I felt dismissed which I didn't really appreciate. The room was a fair price however so I have mixed feelings about this stay.

Yup.

Always a pleasure. For the last 5 or so years, this is where I lay my head when in Brandon. Staff are efficient and friendly, restaurants and buffet with in steps, a beer store and even the 40, a local, live band bar. Soak in the hot tub or splash in the pool, it’s my to end a day. And the price I ALWAYS RIGHT!
