Not worth a second stay

The front office clerk was nice, but the property is pretty run down, and the floors in the room were extremely gross and sticky. There were cobwebs everywhere, and towels from previous guests were left in the bathroom. I definitely won't be staying again. I gave it a 3 star review just because I've seen worse, and I've seen better.

We have stayed here multiple times and really enjoy this hotel. The only thing that wasn’t good was the door for room 405 would shut and lock but there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door and you could hear everything that was happening outside.

Had an indoor pool. Very good breakfast. The room Expedia reserved was it last of three segments of the inn. For those of us about 75 in age it involved on a rainy day to get into the car and drive up a blacktop segment to hotel entrance.

Great Stay!

Nice, quiet, convenient location! The desk service morning and night were very nice and courteous. Large king room that was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Will be adding this to my list of places to stay in Branson.

Excellent property for short stay . Clean and quiet room. I would recommend. Only downside is people smoke outside it’s that we should be mindful of the surroundings and especially when around children. It’s not property’s fault but us. We should behave better.

It was nice. The property was clean. The breakfast was delicious. It was in walking distance to a lot of the places in Branson. I wish the pool was in better shape and I wish they would go back to opening the pool area at eight in the morning instead of 10 in the morning till 10 at night And it would be nice if they would fix the hot tub so where you have jet repulsion but it was nice and warm. It would be nice if they would put the chemicals in the pool at night after they close it and that way it would be ready to go at eight in the morning instead of waiting till 10 am, because checkout is 11 AM
