Beautiful lobby and nice rooms. We arrived around 2:45 and had to wait awhile. The first staffer kept telling us we had to wait but after she left. The next staffer gave us a room immediately. He saw we had been waiting awhile. He was pleasant, Personable and professional. Very impressed with the service from him.

The kitchen staff kept the breakfast bar filled and neat. The cleaning staff kept fresh towels available and emptied trash cans regularly. The rooms were clean. Overall a great place to stay for your Branson Trip.

The hotel was very nice and worth the money. We loved the hot breakfast. The pool and hot tub were awesome! We will definately stay there again.
