The staff was friendly and they provide a dessert reception in the evening for guests which was nice. The rooms were a bit stuffy and musky and the pillow cases did not feel or smell clean. Also didnât notice any elevators so beware to ask for ground floor if you have disabilities. But the neighborhood felt safe and it was very close to downtown Branson and many shows so was very convenient.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary dessert at night and the breakfast was above par, especially the espresso machine. It was overall a good experience, especially because of the property owners dog, Lilly.
We found at least one assassin bug in our room and there may have been more that bit my daughter in her sleep which we didnât see. Not sure that Iâd call it an infestation, but that made for an unpleasant experience.
I know things happen outside of a properties control, but that last part slightly overshadowed the positive aspects.
Worked with us in check-in so we vould be our show reservation. Clean buildings and room. Breakfast gad a good variety. Area was close to many sites but quiet at night.
Everything was good for us and the price was right, but they don't have an elevator for my wife after knee surgery but I should have said something before hand and I would still go there again
