The appearance from the road is cute but it was just the standard old motel rooms. Housekeeping did not make our beds even though we left them cleared of personal items. Curtains let in A LOT of light so not the best if you want to sleep past sunrise. Also at night it was hard to block the bright outdoor lights. Pool seemed old but ok…we didn’t get much use as it was constantly full of screaming kids. The breakfast was the usual gross hotel fare…cereal, powdered eggs, sausage and biscuits. Never saw any waffles but they said they had them. We weren’t impressed. You get what you pay for.

Room was an average hotel room. Looked like they were updating some of the rooms to hard flooring, ours had carpet. Beds were comfortable but I think full size - not queen. No elevator so one side of the 3rd floor was a bit difficult to access. Had the best ice chest we used to fill our coolers and the lady doing the continental breakfast kept it full every day and the food was actually probably the best continental we have had!

The carriage house is a descent hotel in Branson. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine & it was complimentary. The salt water pool was nice & it was a nice stay for a few days.

Very nice and helpful staff. Everyone was on top of making sure I had what I needed. Grounds and building were cleaner than anywhere I've ever stayed. The place isn't new but still in good shape and well kept. I was happy with the price and breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying again on my next trip.

Checkin was nice and staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room was large. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the unit extremely loud. Shower curtain smelled moldy and provided shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. There are no elevators.

Upon arriving check in went ok. 1.5 hours later we get a call about maid service would be there shortly to clean the bathroom. Sheets were changed but bathroom was not. Not enough towels for 3 people. My Granddaughter was changing when they came ro clean hers, when she returned her clothes were gone and had to get them for the maid. Our ac didn't bow hard or very cold. They finally put another one and it was extremely noisy, but at least the riom finally cooled down after a day. My Granddaughter was locked out of her room not only once but 2 times. They try to say she hadn't paid, when she had paid cash and had her receipt. Breaskfast was ok, no orange juice. Needless to say our next family vacation we will not be staying at the Carriage House Inn.
