Upon arriving to the unit, the air smelled odd and it was very warm in our rental. The oven was left on and the air filter was completely full and clogged. I replaced that with the approval of the management and one that was provided in the closet at the unit. There was stains stuff spilled inside the dishwasher, crusty brown stuff on the comforter in one of the bedrooms. The fridge had a drawer that didnt fit and was not even able to be opened. The screen on the porch was off track and we were not able to let the kids play outside like we planned, as we would have just let bugs in the unit. Which did happen and a provided fly swatter would have been useful. Varies lights were out and made it difficult to cook and see in the fridge, there were many outlets that didnt work and we had to charge our devices in the most random of places like the bathrooms. The plates, pans, silverware, and cook ware all had to be cleaned before we used them as they were all crusted with food. I sent a message to the property management team and was told someone would reach out to me, but this did not happen. I would not book with this management company again. But the property at Pointe Royale Gold Course was gorgeous and the amenities there were very nice.
