This was not a good experience. Room was small and the whole floor reeked of marijuana It was a non-smoking hotel, and yet the whole hotel reeked of hot smell.

The beds were hard and the air conditioning didn’t get that cold. The rooms seemed outdated and the shower head was extremely low. The water pressure was amazing but overall, the hotel needed updating.

Keycard deactivated every time we left the hotel. No housekeeping until we said something. Seemed like the air filter in AC hadn’t been changed. The bed was hard as a rock and made an awful screeching sound every time i moved. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was my only option, as I really enjoyed Branson.
