The property was clean and well kept. However, the mattress was quite the quagmire. There was a large cavity on one side which was the oddest thing I’ve seen on a bed. The other issue was the constant solicitation, good grief I’m on vacation a the resort sales team calls me twice in my room with a high pressure sales attempt. In addition when I checked in (right at dinner time) there was another pressure sales attempt. I mean I had to give a couple of hard and firm NO’s just so I could make my dinner reservations on time. Otherwise the property and amenities were pretty good.

Family Vacay

Check in was a bit interesting. We arrived late at night. Our unit was not on the golf course. The area you checked in did not have a connecting road to the area of our condo. So a bit confusing getting to our unit. You checked in at one desk, then took the key you were given to be activated at another desk. The purpose of this was a sales technique to get you to sit thru a sales presentation. The indoor pool area was nice and the game area was fun for the kids. Our two bedroom unit was clean and comfortable for our family of six.

Staff in recreational room for kids where speaking rudely to kids and parents during easter activities. Front desk tried there best to rectify the situation but other staff in rec room continued to be rude. Room was mostly clean but rug and couch where a little dirty and over used. Not much close to do and the drive to the hotel has some really steep spots. Overall not to bad.

Great stay at a great property.

This property and all of its amenities is amazing. Clean and well appointed room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Was challenged to get to eat. The cafe was closed at 4 pm. Would have loved to be able to grab a bite on the property after driving 4 hours. The last thing we wanted to do was drive more. Then on Saturday we went to the golf clubhouse restaurant at a little after 3 pm. The restaurant was open until 4. As we entered the staff members told us they couldn't serve us since they had a very busy day and couldn't accommodate 2 of us. The restaurant was 80% empty at that time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
