Communication to gain access was lacking. Never received a email with code or information to enter the property, luckily I had requested a phone number for contact prior to leaving for our trip and even then they were hesitant to give me the code over the phone. Locating the property was a challenge, thereâs no sign to know where to turn onto the property & we arrived after dark so even more difficult. The location was close to Branson Landing. The house was nice and spacious, view of the lake, nice large kitchen table however we were unable to cook bc as soon as we turned the oven on, could be bc of chemicals used to clean it or possibly bc its newer and not used, the fire/CO2 alarms went off. Calling for maintenance was pointless bc they were clueless as to how to fix or what to do. Our sink was clogged and garbage disposable was jammed. My FIL was able to fix those, Liked the king comfy beds & on suite bathrooms. The living room furniture could have been a better selection. No tubs so difficult to bathe the smaller children in our group. The floors/rugs could have been cleaned better, as they had hair/pet hair so our crawling infant was covered with hair on clothing and body. The outdoor patio upstairs was nice however bc of cold temps we didn't get to enjoy much of outside, we didn't get to use the hot tub or grill. Ended up leaving a few days early due to lack of places open since it was off-season time, didn't know this prior to booking..our bad.
