This property was very clean. The layout of this house was great. We liked the five bedrooms with their own bathroom which made it easier and faster to get everyone ready for the day. Location was great easy to get to venues. We enjoyed the hot tub. We also used the grill outside. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. If we had questions our host was quick to get back to us. We will definitely stay at the Blue Pearl again.

Nice space for our group. The house has a good set up with all bedrooms having an en suite bathroom. It was a cool, rainy weekend so we didn’t enjoy the deck, but it looked lovely.

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful House

Such a beautiful house, the team at Branson Family Retreats thought of so many little details, down to games, laundry bags, Thieves Laundry Detergent, supplies for the littles and probably the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home I’ve stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Blue Pearl!

Friend Weekend Trip

This was a beautiful property and had a wonderful stay. Beautifully decorated and just a very comfortable home. We had a group of 5 couples and the property had plenty of space with living areas and each bedroom having its own bathroom. Beautiful lake view and we loved the location. Would definitely stay here again if in Branson. Also great instructions and communication with owners.

FABULOUS!!!!!

The only word for this house is FABULOUS!! 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms was just what we needed for our 5 person girl trip. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.

Just Fabulous!!

You will never find a better place to stay in Branson than the Blue Pearl. 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, two "living rooms" and a dining room and kitchen with every possible accessory you could need. Two lovely decks and a clean, comfortable home in a perfect location. I have stayed at the Blue Pearl twice, with two different groups of girlfriends, and they were all blown away by the house. The hosts could not be more accommodating. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

Best vacation ever! The Blue Pearl has it all. First class customer service. Best location in Branson right on the lake! Spacious, clean and new interior spaces with beautiful decor throughout. Fully stocked kitchen and amazingly comfortable beds in all five master suites! And the waterfront views
 speechless! This is our favorite spot in Branson. We will be back every year!

This is the best property we have stayed in. The location was wonderful. The boat slip and dock fishing was great with the loading dock available six minutes down the street at the city RV park at Branson Landing. The infinity pool was amazing. Everyone was pleasant. The house is perfectly appointed with decor. The only thing we didn’t find was grill tools/cleaner. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is so beautifully decorated. It made it feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The communication was exceptional. They respond promptly to text messages as we arrived and had a few questions. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Wow! What a gorgeous condo - it’s right on the lake, it has everything you might need for your stay and is impressively decorated. There is great nature watching from the decks, and we saw an eagle, lots of water fowl and a buck and doe walking between buildings.This condo is easy for people of all abilities, with no steps to enter and two bedrooms on the first floor. With a deck in each level, everyone also has great views of the lake.The hosts were very responsive and helpful, including when we had a small accident that they assisted with. The information sent prior to our arrival was world class (including a roadtrip Spotify playlist) and we greatly appreciated the phone call the day we checked in to ensure we had no problems with arrival. Tyann and Nat could not have been better hosts.We’ve stayed at a number of short term rentals in Branson through the years, and we will return to Blue Pearl again for two important reasons: helpfulness of our hosts and the quality of the condo. What else could you want?

Best in Branson!

Our family of four loved Blue Pearl! It was spacious, yet cozy and very private with the most amazing waterfront views of Lake Taneycomo. The mist would rise off the lake after a rain shower, even reaching the rocking chairs on the patio. And the eagles! We had the perfect view of the eagles nest in the Sycamore tree across the water. Breathtaking! The home felt like “home” and was perfectly appointed with quality designer furniture, while still comfortable to enjoy. The beds are super comfortable! We love the Blue Pearl and will be back for sure!

A New House

The house still had a new construction smell. Everything about the house itself was very nice. I had only 1 suggestion for the owner. We used all 5 beds and everyone said the beds were very comfortable, However the rest of the furniture, while looking great, was not comfortable. When replacing the sofas and chairs I'd suggest at least a small upgrade. Overall we definitely enjoyed the stay.

An AMAZING Stay! Thank you!

The Blue Pearl is gorgeous and spacious! This was a surprise trip for my group and they were “blown away”! There was plenty of parking right in front of the unit. Access was easy. We really appreciated the delicious treats and gift set that welcomed our arrival! We had a group of 5 adults on this trip. Everyone had their own en-suite bedroom. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were (as one of our group members stated), “Well Appointed and Super Clean”! The Blue Pearl team was very responsive to our needs and requests. We had a very minor issue with the rental that was quickly rectified. The views of the lake were just stunning! The Blue Pearl was very tranquil and beautifully serene. We sat on the upper balcony (best views of the lake) and the lower deck quite a bit. We ate breakfast each morning as a group on the balcony. Everyone loved watching the boats go by while enjoying the rocking chairs. I loved watching the early morning mist on the lake. We didn’t grill but thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub. We attended the Dolly Patron’s Stampede (our side win) and the Showboat Branson Belle dinner shows - I highly recommend both show - we had an amazing time! The Blue Pearl team really excelled in their level of communication from beginning to end. All the pre-trip (and post-trip) communication was superior and very much appreciated! I would definitely recommend ‘The Blue Pearl’.
