This place was so cute and I wanted to love it but too many issues to give a good review. We showed up to a dirty property, toliet stained from previous guest, cobwebs in the shower, crusty blankets. Addressed my issues with the property, was told cleaners would come out again, they didn't. & when I called to address again they said in their system it was marked clean when indeed no one came back to clean. Then to top it all off we had a wasp nest inside our living room, they came to address that and left dead wasps floating around the space. Customer service was terrible no one cared about any of the previous issues. The neighborhood and houses are cute but don't expect to have any issues resolved if you have any.

Floors dirty, mattress on beds old and lumpy very uncomfortable, dryer did work very well, barely any dishes needed for cooking had to go buy pans, stopper in bath tub didn’t work, living room furniture very cheap and uncomfortable, cheap on cable channels, not handicapped friendly at all, missing broads on house and rotten wood on house poor maintenance, Did not enjoy my stay here at this place at all.

Worst place with rude staff…. Icebox had such a bad smell we were unable to use it, we contacted the office and they said someone would take a look at it, NEVER DID!! We came in from a long day only to be locked out of our condo, after dealing with a VERY RUDE maintenance man they were able to open our condo after we had waited over an hour in the car. The icebox never got fixed so we wasted food, and when I called to let the manager know about all the events Tabatha at stormy point never apologized for all the mess we had been dealing with…. Never again will we stay at this property!!!

All was clean and set up well. Beware of the condo salespeople. Very pushy and will not take no for an answer. I had to get rude and finally walked off with them talking. I had planned on coming back in December, but I am rethinking it due to my experience with these salespeople.

Horribly scratched up floors. Couch looks like it came from a thrift store, ugly, dirty. Dirty floors upstairs. Broken shower light fixture was on the counter. Anyone who brushes and cleans a toilet stool can tell if it has been brushed and this stool was not brushed clean. I paid for clean lodging and got a dirty one.

Nice for the price

The resort is nice and while a little dated, the water park was fully functional and the rooms were decorated nicely. The beds are a bit uncomfortable from a stiffness level but plenty of room in the 4 bedroom one that we stayed in. We would stay here again.
