I have zero complaints about this place. The room was bigger than the average hotel room. It was clean, the internet actually worked, and there was a pretty view. I just wished we got up early enough to try the onsite steamy joes cafe because that place has to be good with the amount of people they had lined up out the door! We will definitely be back!

The room was clean. Saw no staff. The ironing board cover needs replacing. Worn and does not fit. No long mirror. No coffee pot. My husband did walk around the building to get our coffee and towels when we ran out. We had to be very careful getting in and out of the tub. We knew there was no check- in or out, so wasn’t surprised that we were on our own.

The room was fine. But we arrived late and couldn't find it. The signs were terrible. There were no lights on and the room number was on the far top corner of the door in a size of 1 inch. In addition there were 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. Had we any disabilities we would not have been able to get to our room.

Check in is as easy as it gets. Rooms are almost like having your own little house. Rooms are always clean. Plenty of towels and anything that you would need. Great restaurant onsite. Can't say enough good about the place.

When we first walked into The exhaust fan did not work in bethroom The whole room felt wet and musty. Mold in backdoor window and bathroom ceiling. The towels were hortible. No blanket for the bed. Poor mattress (funnels you both to the middle). No facial tissue, no in room coffee. Very stark amenities. The biggest issue for me was the shower. Hard to enter, very high sides, slick footing getting in, slick footing while showering, even slicker footing getting out. Water was Luke warm at best. Almost fell three times. The room was clean with enough towels and wash rags. I request this review to be internal and not posted on the internet.

My husband and I got away for a quick overnight stay in Branson to do some Christmas shopping. We’ve been to Branson dozens of times and always try to stay somewhere different each time because of the endless options. We will 100% be return guests to The Bradford. This was by far one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The entire stay was like living a night in Stars Hollow as a Gilmore girl. I would absolutely recommend. You won’t regret it!

Arrived at Room 28 about 6:00 pm and it was not good. The air conditioner was not functioning on a hot day and had a very offensive odor. There is no one available after 5 pm, just a phone number to call. I called and left a message that the room was not acceptable and promptly left the room. No call back received. Sent an email requesting a refund, the reply was a refund of 1/2 my cost for the room. I replied how could housekeeping/maintenance not check the room. Asked for full refund. Hotel did refund full amount. Would not recommend because of lack of response to a problem, and hassle to do business with.
