The Bradford is one of the favorites for my wife and myself. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is extremely cozy. Plus you add in the onsite resturant and youâre in for fantastic treat. accommodations. Will definitely be staying again.
The heater wasnât working properly even when it was set up high it was still cold, also the pillows are not longer in a good shape, besides that the room was the same as the picture and it was clean 9/10.
We were in room 11, which felt like an 'add on' in what used to be the attic. Not a fan of hitting my head on ceiling when getting out of bed, or in the bathroom. Room was small, oddly shaped. Mini-fridge in bathroom next to shower? Weird.
Bed was just a full size, and mattress so old that my wife and I skipped our last night and just went home to sleep in our own bed.
Maybe the other rooms are better. Ours wasn't.
I was disappointed with this property. It has great potential, as its location is convenient to Silver Dollar City and Branson. However, it's time to invest in new linens. The fitted sheet had lost their elastic, the shower curtain was really dingy at the bottom (making me wonder how often it's changed), and the towels were wore, dingy, and had a musty smell.
The 20% discount for the attached restaurant was a nice surprise.
I had another wonderful stay at The Bradford. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Itâs a consistently relaxing place to stay, and I appreciate the care they put into making guests feel welcome. Iâll definitely return.
Staff was wonderful as was the property. We were given the wrong room through Expedia which nothing could be done, so do t book theough Expedia because we were told by The Bradford, so don't book through Expedia. We were shown a really nice room with a fireplace and a nice big shower with a glass door when i booked but were given the most basic room that was meant for handicapped individuals.
The shower was like a camp or public swimming pool shower with water pressure that felt like razor blades. The toilet didnt work properly and wouldn't fully flush. The shower curtain wasnt cleaned before we were given the room and the corner of the bed had a huge dusty hairball stuck to it. Tje worst was the noise from up above. Being woken up at 7am by someone stomping upstairs back and forth nonstop like they had work boots on. Sneezing and full conversations could be heard. I do not recommend booking a ground floor room.
Even though the room we recieved wasn't great, the property outside was great. There were sitting areas with propane fire pits, a game room with a coffee bar and pool table, and a cafe. All in all it was worth staying here and I would stay here again.
The only thing is we wish was some communication that the fridge was turned off. There was some frozen water on a shelf when we got there so it appears it must have been on. But when we checked the day we left, our leftovers from dinner were no longer cold.
Itâs more like a B&B the walls and floors were so thin we were on the top story and couldnât walk across the floor without the people below us banging on the ceiling constantly. Made for an awful stay. Felt like we couldnât even relax in our room.
