Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly young woman and she was very helpful during check in. We entered our rooms and they smelled fresh and clean. It was very nice and comforting. The rooms themselves-while not lake view-were clean, comfortable, modern, and inviting. The next morning we woke and went to one of the many activities offered-tie dye-and encountered a very friendly staff member who was a great person to visit with. Every staff interaction was friendly, thoughtful, courteous, and professional. The staff is great. The rooms are great. Amazing place to stay.

We rented a one bedroom on the 2nd floor, but we were given the front section overlooking the parking lot. The "lock offs" were noisy and the unit was dark. It was fine for the money and we were only spending one night, but probably would not return. The check in staff was wonderful but the unit was just dark unless we wanted everyone walking by to look in on us.

At time at booking several rooms were offered, some just like your typical hotel room, mini fridge, others with kitchenettes, full bathroom, king bed and sleeper sofa. We decided with the latest and believe there was only one other room higher rated and priced. You would expect, in the mountains on the lake the views would be amazing. Unfortunately our room was a “dungeon” looking at a concrete wall on the first floor (elevator brings you down) very disappointing such was never mentioned!!!

The bed was super comfortable. We booked a king bed room with a kitchen. It’s like a one bed room apartment. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. Definitely would recommend for friends and family if they choose to visit Branson

This is my second time staying here both times you know immediately the floor is dirty when you can’t even walk on the floor for without having dirty socks or dirty feet even wiping the floor with a damp washcloth is a better job. They also didn’t do a good job on the toilet. There was 2 per stains. On toilet. There were also crumbs on the floor next to baseboard the updated design is nice, but they could definitely do better on cleaning as well as the cobwebs outside. It’s not like this is dead summer.

Nice stay overall just minor inconveniences

An amazing place! Clean and quiet. The table needs leveled in villa room 506a . Also my son was babysitting his sister they went to pool and someone from service desk said they couldn't swim without their parent. My son(16yr) knows how to swim and his sis had life jacket. They are well behaved.

Clean specious lots of things to do outdoors like pool outdoor hot tub volleyball ball mini golf and some other things. Also there is a place where you can bbq and have a gathering that’s covered but still outside. Washer and dryer came in handy inside unit overall we were only there on an overnight work stay but would definitely come back for a family vacation.
