DESRESPEITO E DESLEIXO TOTAL

Péssimo atendimento do anfitrião e da recepção do hotel. Não tinha papel higiênico e nem coberta. Em contato com o responsável o mesmo disse que não disponibilizava cobertor e que estava na descrição (MENTIRA). Na descrição contava roupa de cama. Tivemos que comprar coberta (no segundo dia) nas lojas americanas para poder amenizar o frio. Primeiro dia foi de muito frio e ausência de coberta. A recepção do hotel trata muito mal os hóspedes que contratam quartos por fora, além de gerar total insegurança alegando que não se responsabilizavam por qualquer extravio dentro do quarto (mesmo eles sendo responsáveis pelo serviço de quarto). EXPERIÊNCIA HORRÍVEL E DESRESPEITOSA (principalmente por se tratar de 02 senhoras com mais de 80 anos).

Foi muito boa a estadia, mas não especificam quando se contrata que não vai ter o mínimo de uma hospedagem que é cobertor e café da manhã incluso, na descrição diz que tem alimentação mas não diz que é fora do pacote no resto tudo tranquilo

O hotel é bem localizado, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã precisei pagar a parte 59,90 (muito gostoso). Quarto com frigobar e microondas e pia me atendeu com minha filha de 01 ano. Porém, minha reclamação está no tamanho da cama ( uma vez que fiz a reserva para 02 adultos e 01 bebê), não tinha berço e a cama era extremamente pequena para comportar 3 pessoas. Ficamos espremidos, sem conforto nenhum. No último dia meu marido não aguentou e foi dormir no sofá que tem no quarto ( sofá que não era macio), era pequeno e duro. A limpeza tava ok, mas não trocavam a roupa de cama e nem as toalhas.

O enxoval de quarto muito fraco, fez frio a noite e não tinha um cobertor, só um lençol de cama super fino. Cheguei as 15:10h no apart e o mesmo ainda não estava liberado, tive que esperar até as 15:30h para entrar. O banheiro não estava com um cheiro agradável.

Reservei para 4 pessoal , só tinha 3 camas tive que dormir 2 dias no chão para minha esposa e dois filhos dormirem nas camas . Além disso não tinha coberta ! Todos passaram frio as 2 noites . O quarto comporta apenas 3 pessoas e alugaram para 4
