Very good hotel and fairly new. Right across the street from the Shopping. The restaurant had an adequate breakfast buffet. We also tried the chef's special for dinner and it was the best grilled chicken breast I've had in Brazil. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The only quibble was that the shower was small. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Room was cleaned. Shared a door with the room next door and the door was locked and I had to go downstairs 2 times to ask for help with the door openning. Besides the stay was good.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was much needed since it was my first visit to Brazil. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance to tourist sites and shopping. I enjoyed my experience here. Obrigada!

Infelizmente, tive uma experiência ruim no hotel. O quarto que me foi designado tinha permanente barulho, proveniente dos dutos do ar condicionado, mesmo quando este estava desligado. Imagine que o corredor do hotel era mais silencioso que o quarto. Para quem tem sono leve, um pesadelo. E olha, que ao fazer o check-in, comentei com a recepção que prezava pelo silêncio. Este quarto deveria ser interditado. Sem dúvida, uma experiência bem abaixo do padrão a que o hotel se propõe.

Segurança e localização

Viajei sozinha e me senti segura. Haviam vários itens de segurança na porta do quarto. A equipe é solícita, educada e gentil. Precisei fazer um check out tradio, e eles disponibilizaram de bom grado. O hotel fica ao lado de dois shopping centers. O hotel tbm tem um restuarante de carnes alto padrão. Amei minha estadia.
