This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage luxury home sleeps 9 people comfortably and features vaulted ceilings and an open floor-plan creating a modern mountain setting. This property has everything you would expect from a luxury rental. Free shuttle access just outside the door.



The Space:

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed with flat panel TV and attached bathroom; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with flat panel TV and shared bath; Bedroom 3: (sleeps 5): queen/twin bunk with queen size trundle out bed with shared bath. Pack n' Play. Maximum Sleeping Capacity is 10. Warm your toes with in-floor radiant heat and relax in the steam shower or hot tub while taking in breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. Enjoy family and friends while preparing a meal in the open concept kitchen supplied with professional grade appliances.



The Neighborhood:

Come and go as you please in one of Breckenridge’s newest and most convenient neighborhoods. The Maggie Point development sits on the South side of town with easy access to everything. A quick stroll on the stone lined footpath will lead you to the Breckenridge Brewery -- one of the great places that Breckenridge has to offer on Main Street. The Stephen C West ice arena is located just across the street and the Blue River is a short walk down the hillside. Kids will enjoy a private wooded play area just behind the house. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES. One inside of the garage and one on the parking pad outside of the garage.



Getting Around:

You can get away without renting a car at this property. It is close enough to everything and on the shuttle stop. Easily walk to the base of Peak 9 (the Quicksilver lift) or catch the free shuttle in front of the development to any of the base areas (Peak 7, 8, or 9). The free shuttle arrives every 15 minutes and is a convenient way to get around town and navigate the ski area. An early walk to the Quicksilver lift is a great way to skip the opening logjam and start your day on a wide open Peak 9 or Peak 10.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations become partially non-refundable once the initial payment is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and is also non-refundable once paid.

2024 breck trip

This property was even better than I expected! Well stocked kitchen, incredibly clean, top notch amenities. We were incredibly comfortable there. It really felt like a home away from home, and I appreciated the great communication with host. Plus, it was just a short walk to the bus stop!

This place was outstanding. The pictures online do not show how wonderful this place is to stay. There is plenty of room for family's, friends or couples. the view from the living room and deck is outstanding. You can see the top of breck and the snowcats working at night. The check in process was easy and all the amineties worked great.

Gorgeous place

The town home is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. It is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street. The hot tub is way bigger than expected. I personally loved the jets for the feet, especially after hiking. LOVE this property. Thank you for sharing with us.

Amazing Home!

We had the most amazing week in Breckenridge! The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and within walking distance of Main Street! The kitchen was fully stocked for those of you looking to cook in, the back deck was great for early morning coffee or late night drinks, the hot tub was super fun for the kids and my husband and I loved the master bathroom shower! You will not be disappointed by the home or fabulous location. If we return to Breckenridge we will for sure book this home again.

Very clean and responsive. Highly recommend. Wonderful condo, Peak 8 skiing is not easy to get to from the condo but other skiing is just a short bus ride away from the condo complex. Staff is friendly and quick responses.

Amazing Location and House

First off, the property is beautiful. Owners spared no expense in design and options in the home. Second, the location is in walking distance from downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and we are planning to add a steam shower to our own house after experiencing it here first! Love the place, thank you for sharing it with others!

This house is even better than it appears in the listing! We stayed here for a full week with our three teens and all loved it. There’s plenty of space. The beds and linens are nice, high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily cook a full meal. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Having a nice washer and dryer was so handy. The location is 2 minutes to downtown, and we used the free shuttle daily. Communication with the property manager regarding the facility features and check-in and check-out was great. We will definitely rent this property again!

The property was very clean upon check-in. It has great amenities such as the master bathroom shower, hot tub and fireplace. The kitchen is functional and works well to stay and cook. The property management is responsive and great to work with. It is a great space and with the COVID concerns, this property has its own entrances, great garage and semi-private deck.

Cozy location to social distance

With the current conditions, we ended up spending more time in the condo than originally planned. We enjoyed keeping cozy with the hot tub , large table for games, full kitchen, and GREAT view. We had everything we needed and more. Look forward to planning another trip to Breck in the future.

Truly 5 star ...Best shower in a VRBO!

This property is better than advertised. The pictures are accurate but they do not covey the little details that make a big difference. The property is the best supplied VRBO that I have stayed in. From the spices in the kitchen to the laundry to the things like toilet paper, there is enough to last the week...not just 1 roll per bathroom like a lot of properties. The property makes you feel like you are at home. It is in a great location, walking distance to just about everything in town with some really good food choices very close by. The back porch has great views of the mountains with a large hottub and gas firepit and grill. The thing that stood out the most about the property was the steam shower in the master bedroom. With 6 heads and a steam setting it is the best shower I have seen in a VRBO. It is really great if you are not used to the dry climate. The steam really makes a difference....just stay away from the steam valve near the floor as it gets extremely hot! The checkin was really easy, all the info needed was sent in advance. The only time I communicated with the management folks was to let them know we were checking out and we had a very pleasant conversation. If we return to Breckenridge, this is where I want to stay!

Family Getaway in Breckenridge

In having seven people stay in a home can be taxing, the layout and amenities had enough room and options for everyone. The location South of Main made travel, shopping, and dining simple. I don’t know which was better, the steam shower or large hot tub. This is a great property and the management communication was stellar. Five stars all the way around.

We felt like we were home. The ski slope views from the kitchen area were beautiful....who could ask for more. The furnishings were lovely. Bed was very comfortable and the master bath shower was over the top nice. The kitchen addressed all our cooking needs. Being located steps away from the town bus stop made getting about town smooth sailing. Working with Fonda during the booking process was easy. All our questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. If you want to have a peaceful and relaxing time we highly recommend this property.

Great location and magnificient views!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay here for 10 nights. We were in Breck for Octoberfest and the Wine Classic. The location was great for walking back and forth to town. This home has every amenity you could ever want. Super comfy bed, and waking up to an amazing mountainview from the master bedroom was an added bonus. Great views from the deck and hot tub outside as well as from the kitchen and living room. Definitely felt like home away from home!
