Clean house in quiet neighborhood. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The only thing i would comment on is the stairs inside the house, they are very slippery with our different people in our group falling down them, one resulting in pretty severe brushing.

Great home close to Breckenridge

Plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Just a short drive to town, with a quiet neighborhood. We loved the hot tub and private deck.

Great location

Our group loved walking to the gondola to get to town, no parking issues. The house is wonderful for a group, esp with two big bedrooms and each bedroom has a bathroom.

We loved this property! Each room had lots of space as well as it's own bathroom, we had 3 families and 2 of our adults needed office area to work during the day! This was never an issue ,so much usable space!

Breckenridge Summer Road Trip

Worked great for our large group of two families , adult children and one grandchild. Property had everything we needed and fit us all comfortably. Check in and Check out was so easy. We have got to see a mom and baby moose right outside backyard one morning. Very cool!

The house exceeded our expectations! We had 6 adults and two children and it was comfortable for all of us. It was comfortable, lovely and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and other essentials. Communication for check in and subsequent questions was prompt and helpful. We felt it was a great value, especially for all of the people it could accommodate, and we would definitely stay there again

Everything about the stay was great ! The communication from the property manager was flawless. If there was any concerns which were minor would be window darkening shades and the furniture in the main living room needed to be updated. But other than that my whole family enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation stay

this property was amazing for our stay! We had so much fun during our vacation and having this beautiful property to relax in after a full day of adventuring around Breckenridge! We enjoyed the hot tub and amazing outdoor space! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for vacation! The rooms were very clean and felt very cozy! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Breck days and hot tub nights

Our family of 10ppl had a wonderful week-long stay here. We enjoyed the slopes at Breck during the day, and enjoyed the hot tub at the spacious house at night.

Fun Weekend in Breck

Had a great time in Breck with 12 out of friends for a combo bach party. We love coming to Colorado and this time we brought our friends. The place for all 14 of Us comfortably. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of cooking stuff. We ate in most nights and grilled. The hot tub was so nice and was forsure used every day. The mangers replied quickly and let us check out an hour later (: very accommodating. Loved our stay would stay again! Ps. Place is great but just be careful with the stairs. Pretty slippery with socks on. Someone slipped on them. No foul play just had socks and was slippery. So just be careful with those!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge at OnTheRocks. From little kiddos to the Grandparents, there was space enough to spread out and enjoy a good book, or time in the hot tub. We hiked in and out of the neighborhood, fished nearby, biked nearby, and ate a lot of good food prepared in a well sourced kitchen. We would love to return.

Overall it was a good property for a family of 14. The second floor renovations and updates made the bedroom and sleeping accommodations great for us. The deck and hot tub were terrific. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part. Having an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage was invaluable. The main floor of the house including the kitchen was somewhat run down. The yard has not been well maintained which resulted in mosquito problems fior our children.

Great stay!

The house was clean, beautiful & comfortable. Our group was made up of three families of good friends (13 total) and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, be connected or to have quiet space. The views from the backyard were beautiful, especially the sunsets behind the trees over the mountains. The kitchen was big and easy for a large group, and the laundry was super helpful as well. We enjoyed sitting, eating and use of the hot tub on the back deck. The house was close enough to town to shop, get supplies or explore. It was also easy to get to the gondola by the road & we also found a beautiful easy trail up the road the other way, that went through the woods and also connected us to the gondola. For parking, we were able to park one of our cars in the double garage, and easily park our other two suvs in the drive in front of the house. The communication from the host was very helpful & informative, and we received timely responses to any questions we had. We would stay here again & definitely recommend!

We'd go back...On the Rocks!

We enjoyed the very beautiful views and convenient location to the slopes. The hot tub was lovely and the privacy walls were appreciated. The octagon shaped table was perfect for nightly family games. For guests from more humid areas, we were glad to have humidifiers in every bedroom. On the downside, the floors on main floor (maybe the stairs, too) were creaky. We could have also used larger floor rugs or maybe a mop at the garage entrance so as not to track melted snow to the larger front door rug. The property management was quick to handle the baggie of animal waste. The house was listed as "No pets" but also found a blanket covered in pet fur on a bed. The sinks and shower in the bedroom above the garage drained extremely slow. We'd go back!

Nice house

The house is very comfortable, we were there to relax and we slept like babies, we enjoy looking the stars from the hot tub, unfortunately the house wasn’t very clean, we found trash near the beds and on the sofa, including one men’s underwear, the white doors were extremely dirty. Since COVID, anywhere we go I always sanitize the door knobs, kitchen doors and restrooms to feel more comfortable, normally when you sanitize there is no dirty, this house was the exception, we definitely left the house in better condition. Checking was very different, I have to wait a few minutes after 4:00 pm to receive the garage and internet password, I had to call 3 times since I didn’t receive anything by email and finally they sent it at 4:33 pm. No shampoo, body wash, hands soap, oil. It is a beautiful property, with high quality furniture, it just needs more care.
