Das Atrium 207 verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit schönen neuen Edelstahlgeräten, die sich ideal für die Zubereitung von Familienessen eignen. Erzählen Sie Geschichten vom Abenteuer des Tages am Esstisch. Entspannen Sie sich im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und schauen Sie gemeinsam auf dem Flachbildschirm fern und wärmen Sie sich am Gaskamin auf. Oder treten Sie auf den privaten Balkon und atmen Sie unsere frische, frische Bergluft mit einer heißen Tasse Kakao. Sie werden es lieben zu sehen, wie der Schnee auf alle Bäume fällt, die Sie vom Balkon aus sehen können. Es ist ein schönes Winterwunderland.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes, wunderschön aktualisiertes Bad mit Dusche. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine bequeme Kapitänskajüte, die über ein Doppelbett und ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Whirlpool verfügt. Es gibt ein Bonus-Twin-Bett, das unter dem Etagenbett ausgezogen wird.

Die Atrium Condominiums befinden sich im Historic District in der French Street, nur drei Häuserblocks von der Main Street, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Downtown und nur wenige Schritte von der Breckenridge-Haltestelle "Free Ride" entfernt. Diese Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss bietet auch einen bequemen Zugang zum Whirlpool für entspannendes Après-Ski. Pros: The location was great, walkable to main street and peak 9, and the management team was responsive typically. Cons: The beds/mattresses weren't the best quality. In the bunk room, the bottom bunk bed felt like you were sleeping on just straight springs, so I asked if there was anything they could do about it. They brought me a piece of foam that I had to add on top of the mattress. I appreciated the effort, but it wasn't a legitimate foam mattress topper. It was just a piece of foam that looked like it had been sitting in a storage unit.Those kind of mattresses are probably ok for 2-3 night stays, but for my 3-week stay it was tough.I'd happily stay there again if they just upgrade the mattresses on the beds.

It took us a half hour to figure out which lock box to open and when we saw it was the left bock box it was hard due to poor lighting (couldn’t see the dial) and put in the combo. it was NOT intuitive on how to open the box to get the the key. We bought some groceries including beer and there was no bottle opener to be found. The garbage bags were too small for the garbage can. The sliding glass doors on the closet were off track and could barely be opened and I didn’t try more than once for fear they would completely fall to the floor. The middle drawer on the dresser was warped and when I pulled on the handle it fell off. The dining table was wobbly. Loose screw that attached the legs to the table top needed to be tightened We assumed sthe unit had an elevator since it was 3 stories, 4 if you include walking from the garage. So at 9,5000 feet it was quite the walk to our unit with 5 suitcases, 3 bags of groceries and a ski bag. When I called with the question about the lack of an elevator the manager said that they never advertised that there was an elevator. My spouse had some mobility issues. I just assumed that this complex like all complexes had to be ADA compliant?We had to take out our own garbage with no direction as to where to find the garbage container. Had to call to ask and then were given the wrong code to get into the garbage dumpster shed. Upon check out we were expected to start the dishwasher but had to call to get dishwasher soap. I didn’t dawn on me we had to buy our own. The unit above us partied until 3am and kept us up all night the night before my son’s wedding. Needless to say that deeply impacted our energy at his wedding. When I expressed my concern Breckenridge offered a $50 discount. Conside

The layout is perfect for groups with a full kitchen, dining table and a living room with really comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are a great size and fit more people than you think. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but a small price to pay for a nice place at this price point. This unit is in a building with a gorgeous lobby area and covered parking garage. There is also a hottub, while I didn't go in personally it looked nice! Walkable into town and there's a free shuttle to the mountain, which is another huge plus. Definitely will stay here again!

Disappointed

Clean, dated condo. Location and garage parking huge plus as well as stocked kitchen. Those were the only perks. Uncomfortable beds, awful pillows. Light falling out of ceiling in master. Broken chair. Clogged master shower. Light out in bathroom. We called the provided number on our night of arrival because the cable was not working in living room area. It was never fixed and we never got a call back. No elevator so you have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Shower pressure in spare bathroom is so strong it hurts. Baseboard heating a little scary and not efficient. Not at all worth the price for this condo.

There are no elevators here. Beware, those stairs will wipe you out if you aren’t used to that elevation. Also, our place sleeps 6. True. However, putting 4 adults in that 2nd bedroom was way too crowded. We will have to go with a 3 bedroom next time. The place itself is as posted. Clean. Had all practical necessities. Fun sledding behind the place. Super close - walking distance - to Main Str. Also, the shuttle to beaver ski lift is awesome. So convenient.

We had a good stay and great being next to Carter Park and several trails for hiking and mtn biking, however we could hear every move the people made above us very loudly, so much that it affected my young children being able to nap. Also, the bed in the master bedroom leaves MUCH to be desired, very uncomfortable. Feels like the cheapest mattress you can get, which is not what you’re hoping for after a long day of mountain biking or hiking. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs in Breck, this was not our fav...
