There’s easy access to trails and fishing, too! This cozy home in the woods will give you and your group a true Colorado experience. You’ll love it!

This cozy 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home is a perfect for groups or families of up to 6 people. Set in the woods overlooking Pennsylvania Creek, it’s just a 10-minute drive from Breckenridge and the slopes; it’s a great spot for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.”

The living area has large windows for lots of natural light and taking in the scenery, and the gas fireplaces add to the ambiance of the home’s mountain setting. The large deck is located just off the living area and has a gas grill for barbecuing. The remodeled kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. The dining table has room for six and for breakfast and snacks, there’s room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include and washer and dryer, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
