Three minor complaints: (1) Not wonderful soundproofing between my suite and the suite above me. (2) The shower curtain rod was mounted too high for the length if the shower curtain; or they need a longer shower curtain. Water gets on the floor. (3) From my suite, there were no directional signs to reception; to the swimming pools; etc. What I liked: Nice little patio with 4 chairs and a low table. Friendly personnel. Great to have a full kitchen with pots and pans, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, oven and stovetop. Also washer and dryer in the suite. I felt very safe.
