Check in person was a great young lady. Lock from inside of room wasn’t aligned and wouldn’t let me lock door . Top lock was so loose (didn’t feel safe) . Coffee pot in room was dirty Towels were very old . Phone in room was dirty with some sort of food substance . Price was too much for the quality of room .

The best things about our stay… The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. We had three rooms total. The floors were not clean, my daughter's feet were black after walking on the floor. In another room, my son had to clean crumbs off the table, and the bathroom was dirty. The last room was also dirty, hair in the tub, and a cockroach in the bathroom We were happy we only had a one night stay

Good budget place.

Very friendly staff at front desk. 2 local ladies. Room smelled like damp carpet. I needed to sleep so i did not complain or request a room change. hit al the basics for me, cold ac, hot water, clean sheets. Restaurant next door was a plus. I didn't book this hotel expecting luxury. But it could've been cleaner.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service at check-in. My booking was prepaid, but the night clerk insisted I pay before he would give me keys and check me in. After speaking with the manager, I was eventually refunded.

The bed wasn’t the worst we have slept on, but wasn’t the best. The toilet paper was terrible. Thin and tore very easily. The toilet lid was very loose and shifted when sit upon. I needed to work remotely during this stay, and the chair provided was rough. It lost air, back was broken, and uncomfortable. The front desk did not want to give extra towels and wash clothes and there was definitely a language barrier when requesting items. The remote control has red tape where the cover was broken. Obviously, I didn’t not expect a 5 star, but a few things could have been simple improvements.

This was the worst place we have stayed. Paper thin walls. Not a handicapped room even tho all was requested and said it would be. Maintenence man was the only good thing for this stay. Kid shouting untill 11 pm. I barely can walk and it was long way from the car into a non handicapped room. NEVER AGAIN

The initial room I was given , not only the top lock missing but the bottom lock wouldn’t lock at all. There was hair on the tank of the toilet . Dust on top of lamps. The hair dryer or plug neither worked. The ac/heater unit was faulty. Couldn’t get it to stay on. Not sure if it was the unit or again the plug outlet . The unit definitely needs a remodel . Requested another room which was better. Cosmetic issues at most. It is an affordable hotel yes but still has to be presentable
