Brand new listing at Ocean Edge in The Villages! Recently purchased and renovated, this standalone home is located at the end of a lovely cul-de-sac with backyard patio, resort amenities and direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house is located at the end of Allerton Lane.

Homeowners are full privileged members at Ocean Edge. As guests of this home, renters can receive full-access to the Ocean Edge resorts and amenities for a small add-on fee ($70 per week for adults, $30 per week for kids...Day passes are also available for $20 and $10 repsectively).

Just what we wanted

Great location close to good food. Nice big center room for socializing. Good communication and a minor issue was quickly resolved. Home was clean and well equipped.

A great stay

Overall, a great stay. The condo is very nice, updated, and clean. Only complaint would be the carpenter ants in one of the bathrooms. Ocean’s Edge is a great place with a ton of stuff to do on property for the whole family.
