Das überschaubare Skigebiet/die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen (Badesee, Minigolfplatz, ...) und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im wunderbaren Bergdorf Brigels mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis-Ortsbus im Winter, nächste Haltestelle 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Im Sommer gratis Wandershuttle-Bus von Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast und zurück. Letzte Renovierung 2023 neue Fenster und Storen. 1 Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur verfügbar. Haustiere nicht gestattet. Nichtraucher-Wohnung.
