Clean room: very clean Staff: amazing! Big thank you to Jemima at booking department/ front desk is really the top! A special thank you to a lady that is French (unfortunately I forgot her name) she really made our stay easy and smooth . Breakfast team big thank you to the lady who was greeting on the Monday 16/2. The next day the lady was not as helpful. Bar team, all the team deserves a big applause. It’s a hotel that is super family friendly. Maybe receiving more explanation before the stay would be helpful.

The bed was very comfy, and the room nice and dark, which enabled a good nights sleep. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was far too small and it would’ve probably benefited from losing the bath and increasing the size of the shower. Decent breakfast, but considerable queues on the Sunday morning to be seated. However, the hotel in general was a bit tired, and especially the wellness area, which really needed an upgrade. On the second day of our stay, the whole gym and wellness area was closed due to an electric problem, but this was very annoying as I had specifically called in advance to check all the facilities were available throughout our planned stay - I was told they were!! Good seafront location.
