The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. Booking in and checking out was made easy and the staff were courteous. Highly recommend the breakfast, there is a wonderful array to choose from and all at a very reasonable price.

Not a good experience at all. The hotel was not clean enough and everything felt very old. No slippers were provided, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel — a big disappointment. This wasn’t just my room either. My friend found a blood stain on her bed linens, which was clearly visible and had not been replaced by housekeeping, she has to mentioned to them! On top of that, the room was extremely cold. The air conditioning was on all day but didn’t work properly, likely because the filters were full of dust and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The lobby chairs were also very dirty and looked tatty. The only positive point was the location, as the hotel is very close to the train station. Also the staff on reception was very polite!
