Great hotel in a perfect location everything is walkable. This hotel is fully digital, upon arrival I had a check in problem and staff handled this quickly and efficiently via text. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a very convenient location in the middle of Brighton and we found a good parking place close to it. The room was modern and a good size with a lovely en-suite and quite comfortable apart from odd pillows that were difficult to sleep on. The air conditioning (once discovered after the first very hot night) was noisy and the bathroom extractor was on all the time so sleeping was difficult. The hotel itself was very quiet. Only being able to get information by the app was hard and although there was a quick response when we couldn’t get the tv to respond some actual written information and instructions would have avoided the stress after a long journey. Knowing for example that there were no USB ports for charging phones would have avoided having to go round the shops looking for a plug the next day. The housekeeper was very helpful when we were struggling with the air conditioning and turned up promptly the next morning. All in all a good hotel.

Although well-insulated from outside noise, any noise in the hallway echoed all the way down into the room, including people talking until 3am. Made it impossible to sleep. Also can hear everything that happens in the bathroom, and the shower made very loud and unusual buzzing noises on the other side of the wall. Being forced to use Chrome or a proprietary app to check in was very irritating and it felt like an invasion of privacy to have to provide photographic proof of identity for both me and my guest.

Could not fault the hotel, access, cleanliness, room was lovely, great shower room and really comfy bed. Lovely having a fridge in the room! Free water tea and coffee. Perfect one night stay and would defo return. Our biggest issue was the process of payment trying to contact via message or mail didn’t work so we had to leave lunch to make a call and make the payment which I presumed would be taken on the day of arrival as usual.

No reception means problems hard to resolve

Hotel is fine so long as you can get in. There is no reception. We should have received a PIN on the day of arrival but it never arrived. This lead to a frustrating loop with a bot, followed by being disconnected from an agent several times. A call to the emergency number took 15 minutes to connect (so don’t have an emergency here) when we discovered they had forgotten to take payment (although the app mentioned none of this). We were not the only ones, a young family were in the exact same situation. Price is good, location is perfect for the Laines. Rooms poorly appointed compared to other aparthotels. Coffee machine didn’t work and of course there was no-one to ask about it. Interesting concept for a hotel but very poorly executed.

An excellent and modern accommodation block. Well appointed, clean and with a good location. This is the kind of place I like to stay on frequent business trips, if only they were more widespread around the country.
