Not sure how this place got such a high rating, as it was infested with cockroaches. One night, a roach crawled out from the drainage hole in the toilet while showering. The balcony sliding door rails were also littered with dead roach carcasses. When checking in, the floor of the apartment was clearly not cleaned. There was hair everywhere and the floor was also sticky. As a family with a crawling baby, the level of cleanliness is clearly unacceptable. The apartment didn’t even have any cleaning equipment for us to help clean up. 2 stars for the great location near lots of good eateries. Otherwise the cleanliness is abysmal.

Property called day before arrival to say there was an issue with the booking and that I would be staying next door. Not next door, dirty and smells. Very inconvenient seeing as I booked to be closer to a work venue for three days.

Beautiful room with an amazing view of the city. Very clean, well kept and welcoming. So close to multiple modes of transport, grocery stores, cafes and only a short walk to all that South Bank has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which were beautiful products. We loved our stay, thank you

Travelled for work and the property was great with great communication when arriving after hours. It lost a star because the room had a bad smell that wouldn’t budge. Tried to put air con on, tried to open the balcony door but nothing worked. Apart from that great stay!

Room was falsely advertised as 2 king and one queen bed. Reality was 1 queen and 2 doubles. Over bearing smell in room due to mould on ac ducts and ceiling. Absolutely no empathy shown by the manager when we complained. It took a lot of effort on our behalf to force through a move to another room. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience at this price point. Do yourselves a favour and stay away.

The people in the unit above were noisy and this disrupted our sleep. The bin in the kitchen stunk of prawns. Great location, well priced, comfy bed, nice unit....overall we enjoyed our stay

It was very good except they called me and messaged me multiple times on the days leading up to the stay to confirm arrival time, which i thought was weird when i had answered them all with the same arrival time. Once would have been suffice. And when we arrived, there was no where to park for the check in, so had to half park on the footpath on a busy one way street, so i got out and ran in while the mrs parked in the car waiting incase it had to be moved. When i got in there, the room wasnt ready, and had to wait for atleast 20 minutes for them to sort something out. My partner had to drive around the block multiple times in a panic, as she had not ever had driven in a big city. The room made up for this original blunder being absolutely beautiful, clean, couldnt ask for more. Will be staying there again. But they do need to sort something out with check in parking.
