It was great. Ocean view wale watching and cangooroo friendly passing by everyday. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Minor details about cleaning needs. I'll recommend to everyone and we'll be back for sure.

Great property

I have never stayed in a property so well equipped - had every utensil and kitchen gadget you could ever need - it has amazing views across to cylinder /home beach - you will need a car as it is at the top of a hill - I would definetely stay here again, the price we paid for a week was amazing value - the beds were all spotlessly clean but I do feel it probably needs a full thorough clean out now and again as bathroom , skirts etc were grimy

Great place, great amenities , well catered for for cooking in house, so many great touches , like coffee machine and cooking stuff..the only ting I would say a slight negative.. no air con.. fans were OK, but a few hot days with no breeze A/C would have been nice...

The location is perfect – close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and felt like a real home away from home. Every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the team at Ray White Straddie for being such attentive and friendly hosts. Communication leading up to our arrival was excellent, the check-in process was seamless and super easy, and we felt fully supported throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays – highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the island!

We didn’t need to bring anything except food and I was amazed at how well it was stocked with crockery, cutlery and standard provisions like oil, salt and pepper and even coffee pods. There are 3 deck areas which provide plenty of space for relaxing. Note that one downstairs bedroom is accessed via another so would suit a family. We would definitely like to stay there again. Check in was easy and the key was left in a safe box with pin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in no 9 The Lookout for a week in early December 24. It is a beautiful unit, spacious and well laid out. We have two teenage daughters who loved the downstairs area but it would also work well for a family with grandparents in tow or for two couples. The views from all three decks and bedrooms are magical. The unit was very clean and had every gadget you could need. There was also a lot of cooking basics in the pantry to make things much easier. We had a wonderful week and will be back. We highly recommend Oasis Mexican for dinner and the Brewery at Dunwich for dinner or lunch. The real estate staff contacted us by email with all the details we needed to check in and out simply with no hassle. *****

A whale of a time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 8 night stay here in August. We had excellent weather, which always helps. The apartment was well stocked and maintained. Worth noting for families, the third bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom downstairs and it is completely external to the apartment, so wouldn’t be suitable for small children. None of the windows had fly screens, which was fine for us at night in August shutting the doors and windows, but in the middle of summer you would need to choose between breeze or mozzies. We saw so many whales and dolphins from the balcony and even while laying in bed. They were so close to shore, it was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay, and we got a great rate. We’d definitely stay again.
