Upon arrival the lifts weren't working so we had to use a service lift. The walk to that lift was through a kitchen and other areas with a suitcase in tow. Not a good start. The room was nice. The shower was amazing not so much the walk down the flights of stairs to get out. However I would recommend.

Room was lovely- bed comfortable - Yes nice was to walk into a room with an air -conditioner on. I didn't have breakfast as i had too fast. and service was pleasant only thing that i find disappointing with accomadation is milk i feel when you paying for a quality i would like the options of fresh milk whether this incurs a small cost. option would be nice. just a thought :) I would be keen to again if needed.

The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillows were so comfy and I especially liked all the space I had to put my things. The staff were all so amenable and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking available too. I would 100% recommend staying here and if I'm ever back I know where I'll be staying!

The day before was 39 degrees and next day when we booked in was 23. Cold. The air con only did cold and we wanted warm. The lift was warmer. Reception had no idea how to get warm.
