Well situated and excellent facilities. Parking was free however the lifts were broken and there was a requirement to use stairs. The main stairs were ok. The car park fire stairs were a disgrace.

Wonderful location, accessing the city on foot was incredibly convenient. Although a historic hotel, in better shape and nicer to stay in compared to newer hotels in the CBD.

After some rain half of the electricity didn't work in the room. The hallway ceiling was leaking with a bucket collecting the loud drips and the carpet smelled like a dirty wet dog. Room service was not available one evening and the next day at lunch they were not taking any more orders. The staff were nice enough although it was clear they're didn't really want to be there.

Beautiful heritage building. Furniture in room a little dated. Good breakfast options, quiet restaurant but good food. Lift for car park not working when we were there, and no signage to advise how to get out of or into the hotel/carpark. Staff very helpful and friendly.

there was a issue with parking and height of car - big time waste to resolve - info to resolve not complete. Bar and resturant close early - very hard to use in house credits when bar closes at 730 on a saturday night Sunday morning access to front of building shutdown for movie to be shot on monday - no access to pick up wife who sprained her ankle on stairs that morning going down to breakfast. Had to park car in no standing one lane street - run inside and get people and bags out back street to load car and leave. No notice given at book in or previous night. Im sure the hotel knew in advance thsi would be closed to trade at this time
