Ideal location. Room has everything required but bed/pillows not that comfortable. Bar staff miserable. Breakfast was poor, toasters not working, empty shelves, dirty tables, no glasses, Breakfast was served 0630-1030. Went down at 0945 and barely anything left.

Absolutely awful. Generally hotel and staff great but the fact that you can hear and feel every single footstep in the room above meant it was an awful sleep, it was like a heard of elephants up there. Having stayed in many hotels this is the worse experience I have had. Ultimately we stay in a hotel to sleep, this was not possible. I am not sure what they were doing in the room above but it was constant from the early hours to 7am, then breakfast opened and it was then quiet for 45 mins before this returned. Never again and I think a refund is not an unacceptable ask.
