L’accueil Ă  mon arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel s’est trĂšs trĂšs bien grĂące a un personnel accueillant et Ă  l’écoute vraiment rien Ă  dire. En revanche le matin lorsque j’ai demandĂ© pourquoi j’ai Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ© deux fois du montant de la chambre, la personne qui Ă©tait la et ce n’est pas la mĂȘme personne qu’à mon arrivĂ©, n’a pas rĂ©pondu Ă  ma question, s’est adressĂ©e Ă  moi de maniĂšre condescendante et m’a rĂ©pondu en me disant que c’c’etait une prĂ© autorisation et que dans 7 jours cel s’annulerai, je lui ai demandĂ© de le faire maintenant puisque j’avais dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©glĂ© la nuit mais n’a Ă©tĂ© capable que de me rĂ©pondre la mĂȘme chose alors que je sais que c’est possible toujours avec le mĂȘme ton et sans respect de la clientĂšle.
