Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were tidy and clean so faultless really. The only negative was there’s no lift for prams as I was staying on the 1st floor so was hard carrying up my baby to the room using stairs

Do not accept room 201 if you want to sleep

I have stayed here before and it was great. Unfortunately this time I had room 201 which must have been next to / above / below some sort of boiler or machine that vibrated and whirred all night long, constantly. Did not sleep at all. Otherwise it is a good hotel.

Little Gem

Smooth and easy check in. The most comfortable beds. Clean room. Close to shopping centre and less than 10 minutes by car into Margate town. Very enjoyable stay.

John and his team run the place with grace and pride - really good location and everywhere locally is easy to get to, also it’s close to shops so can get things if needed for kids / family. Will consider staying there again for next trip to the locality.

Internet access is bad Not space for wheelchair been told the room are big shower was bad and not able to have a wash because there was not a shower only bath and made it worse there wasn’t a shower head handle to move around only attach to the wall that very high that make it for me being limited mobility very difficult

Good for the price we paid.

It's a nice enough hotel for the price. The beds are comfy! The Full English breakfast was really nice (my husband said it was the best he had all week!), but the continental breakfast was a bit too basic!! I would have expected some ham or cheese, but there was only jam and nutella. The kids could eat for £2.50, which is great, but they would have loved a cup of chocolate milk. Overall, we had a good stay. We paid £75 for the night for the family room, it was a good deal I think.
