The kitchen didn't have what was needed all the cookware is in bad shape dishwasher leaked then stopped working water was brown no hot water in bunk house up stairs ac stopped working in bunk house mold in down stairs restroom in bunk house had to run the dryers twice to dry we cleaned patio and pool upon arrival and had to wait 30 minutes past our check-in because cleaners were sapose to be still cleaning we also cleaned toilets as they were dirty patio door latch was broken so door doesn't stay shut unless you use dead bolt half the lights didn't work hot tub was brown patio ceiling fans and half of those lights didn't work to the patio we asked for more towels never got them for the money we spent it definitely wasn't worth it the bed in living room was broken the couches are in need of a deep cleaning they have a odor fire pit area was a mess chairs were a mess and the septic sprinkler sprays by the swingset and fire pit so you cant smell anything but sewage so kids could play we definitely didn't burn fire the smell was horrible tjat definitely wasn't mentioned in the description couldn't open upstairs bunk house windows when ac stopped working there are no screens on windows and the main house had some fleas so that wasn't ideal also not in the description the pictures and description is not what you are getting we all was looking forward to our stay until arrival and we really tried to give this place a chance but more and more was wrong or broken and the road is crap
