Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful! The master bedroom was super cozy, and the hot tub perfect. I will say it was a challenge to find the cabin, so I would recommend following the exact directions given by the property management co.

We enjoyed watching football on the back porch, the hot tub, shuffleboard tournaments and the spa-like shower. The property was as advertised and we would stay here again. We had an oven issue during our stay, but Bob was responsive and excellent to work with in resolving our issue.

Family weekend get away

Overall the stay was great! Everything was as listed and the location was very nice. Only issue we had was the wasps. At least 50 of them if not more. One of the kids got stung by one. The manager did provide us with wasp spray but it was just something we didn’t expect to see inside the house.

Great for a short getaway BUT Charged an additional $196 with not explanation

The cabin was nice and spacious. The kids (teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs room, bathroom, and deck. The hot tub was a hit, and the extra towels were a nice touch. The location is great. I almost wish it had been warmer so I could have enjoyed a fire in the beautiful firepit and outside fireplace. The living room furniture is not comfortable and is cheaply built. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper, as you only get one roll in a bathroom. Don't forget coffee filters, salt, and a sink sponge, as these are not provided. Also, if you have small kids, they only have 6 glass glasses, wine glasses, and coffee mugs, nothing unbreakable for kids to use. Beware of being overcharged. We were charged an additional $196 without explanation, and we can't get an answer from anyone.

Great Property

Pros: beautiful, listing is just like the pictures, quiet, and private, away from main road, saw deers on property Cons: during the heat of the day the AC couldn’t keep up got upto 80 degrees in living area, two of the remotes had dead batteries and we did not have extras, lights to outside sitting area did not work the line was cut so very dark at night, no blinds or curtains in living area and people across street can see straight in home at night from their sitting area. Overall the stay was great and the home is beautiful and clean.

Great Place

Overall the home was beautiful. Here is a short list if the things I thought were good and bad. Pros: it is almost like exactly like the listing online. Very beautiful and clean. It was quiet and set far enough off the road there was no issues. Cons: half of the remotes had dead batteries, the lights around the fire pit are cut and did not work. When the home is in direct sun it gets hot. In the living area it would get upto 80 degree. The AC unit couldn’t keep up and it wouldn’t get below 75 until well after 10 pm. Lastly the driveway in front of the house is narrow and rough. We just parked on the main road.

Great Family Fun

We have been coming to Broken Bow for more than 15 years now! This was a great cabin our girls loved it! Loved that it was pet friendly, our corgi had a great time too! Great location close to everything!

Great last minute getaway

This cabin was as described and fit our needs perfectly. We booked last minute and had no issues. Cabin was clean and ready upon arrival. There were a couple of maintenance issues that didn't deter from our stay but we let the owners know and they were quick to respond and remedy. Our boys, 8 & 11, loved having their own space upstairs and the games, arcade and shuffleboard were all great hits. The multiple deck spaces was also nice as well as the hot tub. Good location close to town and activities but still private and relaxing.

40th Birthday Celebration

The property was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures online. We were notified by the property manager that the hot tub displayed an error message during clean; the issue was fixed the next day. The game room was super cool and the deck areas were amazing. Overall, excellent experience.

Beautiful home

The home was wonderful. We stayed 5 nights. The only problem we had was the hot tub was unusable. It smelled so bad of mildew. The property manager offered to come drain and clean when I notified them. I declined because the smell was coming from the cover. I tried wiping it with a lysol wipe but it didn't help. There were only a few other small issues. We had a amazing stay and the home was gorgeous.

Started off rocky but ended well.

Upon arrival we had wasps in the upstairs bedroom, my daughter got stung, we found about 5 others flying around. The property manager got back to me that night, and would attempt to get someone out to spray. We were notified of the company coming around 1 the following day. We had to leave the property for 3 hours. The next morning several dead wasps were found, and we had no problems with wasps again. (The management company sent a s’mores tray to my daughter which was nice) Also had issues with the patio tv, was difficult to turn on. Other than these 2 minor issues we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in a good location and a beautiful area.

Cabin review

The cabin is beautiful but we had wasps in the upstairs bedroom (at least 6 of them). The downstairs patio tv did not work
 wouldn’t even come on. The cabin is a good 10 minute drive from town. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

Favorite Cabin Ever!

Our stay was a dream! We hated to leave. Super clean! My kids LOVED the spacious upstairs and bunk beds. The master bathroom is perfection! Truly a luxury cabin!

Beautiful getaway

Me, my husband, and 2 elementary age sons stayed for a week during our fall break and had a wonderful time. The house is so beautiful and feels spacious. The huge primary bathroom is pure luxury! The ownership team did a great job with communication and addressing questions quickly. Unlike other VRBO stays, this house came with no instructions (in the house), but everything was pretty self-explanatory. The one thing that was missing was some basic items in the kitchen. Maybe just have some salt & pepper on hand. Also, it's a beautiful drive, but it takes about 8 minutes to get to the main highway from the house.

Lovely modern home

From the moment we pulled into the property we were in awe of this modern home/retreat. The house looked more amazing in person. The kitchen was well stocked from appliances and spices to cookware and everything in between. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms looked like they should be in a magazine! Excellent communication from the owner.

Beautiful Gem

Enjoyed our weekend here. My daughter brought some friends here for a bday weekend. The girls enjoyed their private space. WI-FI was a little sketchy here and there but we spent most of the time out of the house. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on deck and hot tub at night. Enjoyed our time!
