Booked this place for our summer 4th of July trip. We loved being able to stay right on Glover River. It was very clean upon arrival, very spacious for a family of 8 and checking in/out was very easy. 5/5 stars!
We had a wonderful stay at a great cabin with a beautiful view and a great host. Made for a memorable celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary shared with family and friends.
When the cabin was booked, we thought it would be secluded but when we arrived it was a disappointment due to more cabins being next to each other. The pictures did not show this. The cabin itself was a bit older than the others. The rules stated that No pets allowed but the cabin was filled with a lot of dog hair. The kitchen could have used more more lighting and the cabinets looked like it was going to fall off. The master window had a shot on the glass. Like it was shot at. There was still some items left behind from the previous guests. Would definitelynot return.
I regret to say that my experience at this Vrbo was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we encountered several problems:
Check-In Troubles: The digit code provided by the owner did not work, and it took 30 minutes for them to respond to our calls, causing unnecessary stress and delays.
Misleading Description: The website indicated that the 5th bedroom had a sofa bed, but it turned out that the owner counted the living room as the 5th bedroom. This was misleading and not what we expected.
Inadequate Supplies: We were given only half a roll of paper towels and when we requested more supplies, the owner questioned us about using or wasting them. This was frustrating and unhelpful.
Safety Concerns: We noticed a gunshot mark on one of the windows, which was alarming and made us feel unsafe.
Unclean Facilities: The grill was extremely oily and dirty, and the cabinet door was loose, almost causing an accident with one of my pregnant friends.
Overall, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this property to others. The combination of misleading information, poor maintenance, and unresponsive service made for a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
Spent the weekend relaxing in this beautiful cabin! Very clean and I love the smell as soon as you walk in. More than enough room for 4 adults, 2 teens and a baby. The river was a nice view from the huge back deck. The hot tub added a nice touch. We spent the afternoons at Broken Bow Lake with a beautiful view. Checked out Mountain Man Meat Market for huge steaks. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place to others.
We enjoyed our stay here! The house was really nice and that back patio was the best! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and looking out on the creek. The weather was perfect and the evenings were great for a fire. (You will have to purchase your own wood) we had some minor hiccups, but Jaren was super responsive and assisted with everything! I really appreciated that!
I highly recommended this property for your next family trip!
Thank you Jaren for sharing your property with us!
The cabin is even better than it looks in pictures! Such a fantastic location too, with the river flow sounding beautiful, especially after heavier rainfall! The set of cabins around it are still being built, and once they are, the surrounding location will look even greater! Communication with the owner was spectacular and it was an amazing stay!
Our family gathered at the river front cabin for Thanksgiving. Overall, we enjoyed a great stay. It has a great view of the Glover River. It's 15 minutes to Broken Bow. We had 6 adults and 2 grandkids there. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The only issued we had was the Wi-FI was really weak and slow. It was hard to watch any TV for the buffering.

The property was very clean, equipped and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub & the games you offered for adults. We loved the view of the river & the breeze. We will definitely let friends know about this spot & we will definitely go back again.
Thanks

We had very high expectations of this place and being that it was located on the river was even better. Unfortunately, the moment we arrived at the location it was disappointing to say the least. You are literally surrounded by construction zones bc it is a new housing addition. We were not told this so all we heard for two days is machinery moving dirt and gravel, dust blowing all around, hammering at 8 in a.m. I get it that it's a new housing addition but it would have been great if the owners would have at least warned us. To top that, once the construction noise finally quit we couldn't even sit outside to enjoy the patios and river because of the horrible sewage smell from the aerobic watering system. It was awful!!! Very disappointing time.
What an Awesome Property! Well Managed and Maintained. We have a family of 7 and it was great seeing the kids spending more time outside (and on the River) than on their electronics. This Property is highly recommended, and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you from me and my family!
Although the river is not recommended, it was our group's favorite thing about the cabin experience! We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for all. It was a fun natured filled PERFECT way to start summer!
Had a wonderful time staying here with our friends. Easy checkin and the place was clean and cozy. Not a far drive from Hochatown and Broken Bow; would definitely come back!
