The cabin was so incredibly cute and well decorated. Our stay was scheduled during New Year's, and we were ecstatic to find a beautiful Christmas tree up to enjoy! The whole stay was perfect, and Kristina was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely return to this gem of a cabin!

Hidden Gem with a Welcoming Host

This is our third year in the Broken Bow area and we have stayed at different cabins ran by management companies . Kristina is a real person who was proactive in all her communication and works very hard to make sure you have all the information you need prior to coming. They truly try to think of everything and you can see the difference in the way you are treated as guest by someone who loves their cabin. The outside was pretty dirty, cobwebs, dust on all the furniture but that could come from road and ping pong net was torn on both sides
 that was really our only hiccup but inside was very clean and we loved the layout of the cabin. The cabin next door is fairly close to the playground but other than that super quiet location and close to everything you need! We loved it and appreciate how much effort was put into making sure we had a great time

Fun!

Enjoyed this beautiful cabin, loved the luxury finishes and attention to detail. It was very clean, which is sometimes hard to find with rental properties. All of the amenities kept us busy, great for kids. Host was very responsive with communication! Loved the guide they send to your email preparing you to become familiar with the cabin and the surrounding area, such a nice touch! The only drawback I can think of was the placement of the security camera on the back deck. I realize it’s for an entry point, but it feels a bit intrusive with its view of the back deck including the hot tub. It was turning on and off with our movement in the hot tub. Overall, definitely would come back again without hesitation. We loved our stay.

THE perfect getaway!

This property is one of the tops on the lists! Great communication by owners. Phenomenal amenities that were so much fun to have on the property. Definitely felt like a luxury trip staying in this beautiful property! Will be booking again! We had the greatest time making memories.

This cabin was tucked away in the woods, but close to the highway to get around easily. The communication was by far the best I’ve ever experienced! Very clean, very kid friendly. Our family loved it and I highly recommend this cabin.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

We’ve visited Broken Bow/Hochatown since 2015 and this stay was our favorite yet! The cabin was just as described, and the photo don’t do the natural light and overall vibe justice. We had everything we needed and the owner was incredibly hospitable with check ins and assuring our comfort. The outdoor entertainment options were awesome for our family of 5, and the location was perfect for heading to shops and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful home and great host!

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 kids. The home is absolutely wonderful and well thought out. The outdoor areas - both the deck and backyard area - were incredible. Lots of places to sit and tons of activities. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms had plenty of space, and bathrooms were great. Great home for your next trip to Broken Bow/Hochatown!

From booking to checkout, everything was seamless. Great communication. The house was in a great location, lots of trees and privacy. Luxury feel and affordable rates. The property was great and quiet. We had a great time but literally found hair everywhere sinks, floors, showers, couch, bed, towels, and every single dish we pulled out was dirty. I suggest getting a new cleaning service.

Look no further!

If you want to experience luxury with all the thoughtful details, lots to do for you and your kids or just adults, and an extremely responsive owner, then this is the place for you! We had an amazing time at Fawn and Fable! This cabin has all you will need to enjoy your vaca. The hubs and I had space to enjoy and relax if we wanted to or have some fun with the kids playing ping pong, corn hole, games, making s’mores, etc (the list goes on). The cabin is beautiful and the backyard at night is so perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend F&F! ❀

The owner’s thought of everything

Our family just had the most relaxing and fun-filled weekend in the most gorgeous cabin! The owners were so kind and easily accessible, which made us feel more comfortable about staying in their property. They provided a comprehensive email with all the information we could need about the property, including emergency medical contacts for out of towners! The attention to detail in the cabin was top notch and I really appreciate the playground for kids out back, which allowed us to build a fire and grill out all while the kids were entertained. Our family did NOT want to leave and you won’t either! We will definitely be back.

Our favorite so far!

Fawn & Fable is fantastic! It was a special place for us to spend Christmas Day. We loved the high end feel from the appliances to the furnishings. The ping pong table was so much fun. The deck and outdoor space is incredible. Sonos speaker system was a very nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent. Kristina was always very quick to respond and very kind. If you’re on the fence of which cabin to choose just pick this one. It will not disappoint!
