Nice house and view of the river. Location was ideal to Broken Bow activities. Improvements recommended Need wine glasses and cocktail glasses. Drinking wine out of of water glass or margarita glass not a pleasant experience Under cabinet lighting or stove to see what your are cooking. Poor lighting. Need lamp lighting in living area. Fly swatter needed. Shower curtain needed in one of bottom floor showers. Blinds are broken throughout the house We had no gas to cook dinner first night but housekeeping showed up 1 hour after reporting which we were very appreciative.

Great Time with Family and Friends

We do an annual trip with two other families around the Forth of July. We chose this house because of the proximity of the river for playing in and fishing. The house was great. Plenty of room to cook, lounge, and play. The beds were comfortable and great use for each of the different families. The house was well stocked with utensils and appliances so we didn’t really have to go to the store for extra supplies. The first day we spent in the river fishing, swimming, and playing around. The water level was perfect for our youngest at 4 years old to our oldest at 45 years old. That night, it rained all around us and the water rose a few feet the next day. We thought the water current was too rough to play in but the fishermen still happily fished. We went to the state park and played in their lake and rivers when the current was too high. Overall, the experience was great. We would rent it again.

Beautiful place. Layout was perfect for our family. 7 adults, 2 babies, and a two year old. Large covered patio on the river hearing the water flow. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds are comfortable.

Nice and Relaxing!!

Loved how everyone had a place to stay!Loved the open living area and large TV!But especially loved the stream (water was high) so nice water sounds out the back!!Men enjoyed their lessons in fly fishing!Family enjoyed bowling downtown!So overall very nice trip!

Awesome view; very responsive host.

Great spot on the river. The previous guest had broken the cornhole set, and the owner arranged a replacement asap. Very clean and lots of room.

End of the Summer Getaway

Our family wanted a quick getaway for the end of the summer before the kids went back to school. This was a great retreat! A little off the beaten path, but easy to get to the main part of broken bow if wanted. The river in front was a beautiful view from the porch, and our littles loved dipping their feet in the shallow part. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond when needed. We enjoyed our trip, and we will definitely come back in the future!

Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would likely book again. We have never been to this area and loved the state park. By far the best part was the outside back of the house with the view. Pros: Gorgeous location with the river right behind the house River was great for the kids to splash and play in Large house with room for several families Quiet area away from tourist spots Easy check in Hot tub on the patio was great in addition to grill and fire pit Downstairs bathrooms huge with shower and tub Full kitchen and appliances Nicely furnished Cons: Some areas needed to be cleaned better - cobwebs, showers dirty Need grilling utensils Tons of bugs mostly outside but flies in the house About 20-25 min from park and main attractions Upstairs bathrooms tiny Windows need blinds/curtains for privacy and to keep sunlight out Lots of lightbulbs out and not all bathrooms had towels Need a mat by hot tub - deck gets very slick

Very nice property and location

We loved the house as it was very nice and clean. The location was great, especially for spending time in the water. Directly in front of the house there are shallows that are perfect for the whole family including young kids. However, I attempted to contact the property manager via email, text message, and voicemail on the first day of our trip before and after check in and I never received a response at all. Upon arrival we were unable to check in on time because the cleaning service was still cleaning when we arrived 5-10 minutes after check in time (4pm). We were told the previous party checked out approximately 45 minutes late. It was after 5pm before we could check in to the property. As nice as the back porch is we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy it because the flies were terrible (hundreds)! We went to the store and got what we could to manage it but the property manager should consider effective ways to limit the flies for guests. Overall the property is very nice but property management is questionable.

room for everyone

The location is lovely - beside a flowing river, and a short drive to fun Hochatown or Broken Bow. The house was clean and decorated very tastefully. There is room for everyone, with 4 private suites and an open kitchen/ dining/ living room. Beds, linens, and pillows are so comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

One to remember!

This was the first time we traveled with so many people. Normally when me and my wife go it’s only us two. The rooms where huge. Plenty of room for 12 including a dog. My family kept saying “omg, they have this or they offer this” and my response was like “5 star rating for a reason”. The river right behind the house was something you don’t get to wake up everyday. Amazing view not only during the day but the sounds at night of the water flowing. If we ever need a big house to stay this one would be our first choice for sure.

Beautiful and quiet.

Beautiful place to stay for a family get together. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our next reunion. We enjoyed Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown, but it was very relaxing to get away from the crowd each evening. Great place
