Exactly what our family needed at a good price. The tree house was clean, neighborhood quiet and safe, and the hosts creatively meet every need and were accommodating. The heated beds were super comfortable. Thank you!

It was such a cute and fun getaway for myself and my daughter. She had a blast playing on the land and playground. The treehouse very cozy for the two of us. The port a potty was very clean and smelled good. I personally do not like camping and always need a bed to sleep in. This was perfect for what I needed. Samantha was very accommodating and were easily able to take showers. The tree house was really a unique experience.

I really thought the cabin was going to be more secluded than it was, it's literally 30' from the hosts home but our evening was fine, had a fire we never seen the host at all. 8am were woken up by loud whining, look out & there is a BIG pitt bull at the door, waited like15 mins for someone to call him in but no luck. No bathroom inside so we had to open the door to get out as I do their dog pushes his way past me starts chasing my dog around,my dog was so scared. In that tiny cabin it was like Tom and Jerry! finally got him outside. Once we thought he was gone I proceeded to take my Dog out on his leash to go to the bathroom. Their dog reappears and starts jumping on my dog, mine was yelping he was terrified.I was scared to try pulling their dog off of my dog, didn't know if he would attack me. He was forcefully jumping on him.I screamed for the host, we could hear their kids playing outside, but she claims she did not hear my screams. My son heard me, ran grabbed a hot dog to distract him & get him off my dog then grabbed our boy and carried him to the truck. We packed up and got out before 9am.I just want to warn others their dog is NOT "pet friendly". Please be careful if you have small children, this could be a dangerous situation!

What an adorable tree house! Would definitely stay here again for a short stay. Be aware, if you need the full bathroom/shower, it is in the hosts private residence, upstairs. We thought it would be more secluded, like in their house but away from their living spaces, but it was down the hall near their bedrooms. It was fine, we just weren’t comfortable invading their private space that much so we didn’t use it. Still, wonderful host, very comfortable, cozy, and unique experience. The kids loved it!
Beds were heated with adjustable heated blankets. Very cozy on a cooler night.

Tree house experience

We absolutely loved our stay here at the tree house! Such a great experience!! Sam the owner was very cool and cordial. Max is the best dog with the biggest smiles!! Wolf lake is the best for swimming!! Sam even let us use her kayak's! Had a great time! Oh and Max is a lover, loves to kiss all over you too!

A must experience

I wanted to take my grandsons (6, 8) overnight and this was just what I was looking for as a unique experience for them. Everything was as listed and beyond. The treehouse itself is remarkable. It's inviting, clean and the host has everything you could think of and more! The bonus for my animal loving grandsons was the friendly cat that wandered up and then Max, oh sweet Max and his kisses. This is definitely a must stay just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors.

The whole place is so well set up, it had everything we needed. It's very cute and comfortable, and has spots to sit inside, on the porch, by the firepit and under the treehouse. They have thought of everything, we highly recommend this charming place

Daughters 21st birthday trip

Sam went above and beyond without me even asking. I had mentioned it was daughter’s birthday and I was so surprised when we got here and there was a banner and balloons for my daughter. Everyone thing one would need is available. We just hung out. Had fires and door dashed food. We wanted a quiet break from our busy lives . The tree house is so cozy. I have never slept so good !! We spent out nights streaming movies for all sorts of platforms .There’s so many things to do near by, but we wanted to ‘be still’. Really relax. And that’s exactly what we did. I literally cannot say enough about Sam. I’ve been to a lot of rentals and she by far is the best host. She cooked us a home made breakfast from a menu of options, was very welcoming and kind. Provided everything we needed and more. And of course there’s good old Max ! Haha. The sweetest dog ever that will just become your dog for the stay if you give him enough lovings . He was one of our favorite parts.

Located very close to 1000’s of acres of state recreation land/public hunting land. The hosts communicated well and provided anything needed for our stay. Max the dog was a very welcoming and friendly part of the stay!

Love this!

Our stay was highly unusual, we experienced our first tornado there. Our hosts were amazing, they took us in their home and cared for us more than we would expect! Treehouse itself was cozy, comfortable and fun. Sam and Jeff are awesome people, their kids are the coolest and Max the dog is friendly and sweet. This was the cleanest and most sparkly porter potty I ever seen! Just very chill and relaxing place (minus tornado, hahaha). Def recommend!!!
