Our overall experience was ok. We did have to call down to the front desk on our first day as when we went to pull out the bed from the couch, all the beddings were not cleaned/changed from the previous guest. The sheets were dirty with hair and black spots. There was also a wet towel inside. Once we called down to front desk, someone did come to confirm we were telling the truth. She did take pictures and brought up clean bedding and took all the dirty ones away. Every day when we returned or room keys did not work and we had to go down stairs to get new ones which was very inconvenient. Other than this, the hotel is in a great location for us with lots of shops and restaurants. We did have to pay for parking which was not brought to our attention until we checked in. If you want to stay within an area thats quiet and safe, this is a great hotel. If you want to be close to Montreal downtown area, this is about a 20 min to 30 min drive from the downtown core.

Our stay at Best Western Hotel Brossard was pleasant, with no complaints about the room—it met our expectations for the brand in terms of comfort and cleanliness. While it’s not exactly close to downtown Montreal, the location worked well for us as a convenient stop on the way to Quebec City, keeping us away from Montreal traffic. One surprise was the $10 parking fee, which we hadn’t expected. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool, but the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of basics to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice if you’re looking for a reliable place to stay just outside Montreal.

This hotel is terrible for accessibility. There is only one wheelchair ramp located at the main entrance but the hotel is large with no other access for chairs, equipment or luggage. My son could not enter the entrance near his room or even the sidewalk as they’re not cut. He had to go all the way down parking lot, which is dangerous, just to enter. The staff showed a lack of compassion or understanding, bordering on rude. In 2025, accessibility should not be an issue or an inconvenience

The staff are really nice. Carpeting in the rooms needs cleaning or a/c needs maintenance. It gives a smell of wet socks in the room. The pool is nicely warm and breakfast is good.

I booked 3 rooms and 2 car parking, there was an extra charges to one room of $12.50. When i check out, the reception never mentions about the charges. I noticed after the fact that my credit card were charged. Not really sure what the charges are for since it was unclear on my e-receipt. Kind of disappointed on this hidden charges.

The front desk was very accommodating and through explanations of where to park. The parking was gated and only access was with hotel card. The hotel room was comfortable. The pool was nice and had a lot of access to swimming towels.
